We're a 7-year old Boston-based company in the machine learning space. Our software helps companies perform predictive analytics by giving them access to a library of hundreds of the most powerful Machine Learning algorithms and guiding them to those which work best for their data.
You will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the IT Helpdesk team and have 3 IT Helpdesk agents that will report directly to you.
We design workflows, build interfaces for humans and machines to work well together, instrument processes, analyze, and optimize them. Your job will be to implement software that makes DataRobot company work as a single well-oiled machine.
