    🎯 About the Role

    We’re looking for someone with fire in their eyes, ready to build systems from scratch, independently launch and scale campaigns to $1M+/month, and influence the entire pipeline β€” from idea to results.

     

    πŸ“ Your Responsibilities

    • Independently launch, optimize, and scale UA (User Acquisition) campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google (iOS, subscription model)
    • Lead the video creative strategy: generate ideas, prepare briefs, test hypotheses, and collaborate with a remote production team
    • Track key metrics: CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention
    • Run A/B tests and experiments with formats, audiences, and messaging
    • Collaborate with the product team to increase LTV and deepen monetization
    • Work autonomously β€” with maximum freedom and responsibility
    • After achieving results β€” build and lead the future team

       

    🧠 Our Ideal Candidate

    • Preferably Senior level, might consider mid level candidates.  
    • 3+ years in performance marketing (iOS, Android subscription apps, B2C)
    • Scaled campaigns to $500K+
    • Confident with Meta Ads / TikTok Ads / Google Ads
    • Can write strong creative briefs and knows how to get effective videos
    • Analytical, proactive, and eager to experiment
    • Experienced with MMP tools, Amplitude
