π― About the Role
Weβre looking for someone with fire in their eyes, ready to build systems from scratch, independently launch and scale campaigns to $1M+/month, and influence the entire pipeline β from idea to results.
π Your Responsibilities
- Independently launch, optimize, and scale UA (User Acquisition) campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google (iOS, subscription model)
- Lead the video creative strategy: generate ideas, prepare briefs, test hypotheses, and collaborate with a remote production team
- Track key metrics: CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention
- Run A/B tests and experiments with formats, audiences, and messaging
- Collaborate with the product team to increase LTV and deepen monetization
- Work autonomously β with maximum freedom and responsibility
After achieving results β build and lead the future team
π§ Our Ideal Candidate
- Preferably Senior level, might consider mid level candidates.
- 3+ years in performance marketing (iOS, Android subscription apps, B2C)
- Scaled campaigns to $500K+
- Confident with Meta Ads / TikTok Ads / Google Ads
- Can write strong creative briefs and knows how to get effective videos
- Analytical, proactive, and eager to experiment
- Experienced with MMP tools, Amplitude
