We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking an Advertiser Manager to join our dedicated team. 

Level: Middle. 

Type: Full-time | Remote.

English Proficiency: Intermediate.

Responsibilities

• Negotiating with new advertisers, and helping to launch campaigns.
• Supporting active advertisers, analyzing campaign statistics, and recommendations for scaling.
• Monitoring and accounting of your advertisers through daily reports.
• Resolving conflict situations related to purchased services.
• Communication with other departments of the company to maximize the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

Requirements:

• Over 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with various advertising models (CPA, CPL, CPI, RevShare).
• Experience with advertising networks and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Kadam, Mgid, Adskeeper, etc.).
• Experience with traffic management platforms (Keitaro, Adsbridge, Voluum, etc.) 
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and metrics.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

A plus will entail:

• Experience in iGaming, FinTech, cryptocurrency, or mobile applications.
• Availability of a contact list with advertisers.

We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for an Account Manager for Webmaster to join our dedicated team. 

Level: Junior.

Type: Full-time | Remote.
Duration: Long-term.

English Level: Intermediate.

Tasks to be performed:

• Search for and onboard webmasters.
• Retain and scale connected webmasters.
• Communicate with partners at all stages of cooperation.
• Work with affiliate networks and webmasters.
• Help with technical issues if they arise.
• Monitor the general condition of the system.

What’s important for us:

• Understanding of affiliate marketing specifics.
• Ability to negotiate and good written communication in Ukrainian, Russian, and English.
• Understanding of CPC / CPM / CPA / RevShare models and advertising metrics.
• Attentiveness, desire to grow and learn.
• Experience in affiliate marketing, digital agencies, or large online platforms (would be a plus).

Що ви будете робити:
- Запуск, оптимізація та масштабування РК у таких рекламних форматах як (і/або): push, in-page push, popunder/clickunder, video, in-app, native traffic, etc.).
- Аналітика результатів рекламних кампаній.
- Подальший набір нових людей у команду для масштабування зв'язок, своїх напрацювань та делегування завдань.
- Складання планів та звітів.
- Досягнення заздалегідь обумовлених KPI.

Необхідні навички:
- Досвід роботи в арбітражі трафіку. Поглиблене розуміння принципів роботи афілейт маркетингу. Досвід роботи у сфері - від 2 років і вище
- Успішний досвід роботи у соло. Досвід роботи "сольником" ОБОВ'ЯЗКОВИЙ.
- Досвід роботи з тизерними/push-мережами. Розуміння всіх принципів роботи з рекламними мережами (запуск РК, ключові параметри оптимізації та їх аналітики, розуміння роботи аукціону та ін.).
- Досвід роботи з таким типом трафіку як (і/або): push, in-page push,
popunder/clickunder, video, in-app, native traffic, etc.

- Досвід роботи з такими вертикалями як (і/або): dating, adult, installs, lead generation, sweepstake, finance etc.
- Знання та розуміння, що таке трекер, постбек, ROI та інші важливі змінні та фактори, що впливають на фактичний результат.
- Самостійність та ініціативність.
