We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to support our daily business operations and provide logistical and administrative support for management and the team, especially around travel, event and conference coordination. Requirements:

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Risk Management, Business, Economics, or a related field
Specialized training in operational risk is a plus
3+ years of experience in risk management within a fintech, banking, or payments-focused environment
Strong understanding of digital payment infrastructure, transaction processing, and settlement mechanisms
Familiarity with payment networks (Visa, Mastercard, SEPA, SWIFT, ACH)
