    🔹 About us:
    CRM EXPERTS is an implementation partner helping businesses automate their sales departments with CRM systems. We work with both Ukrainian and European clients, deliver effective digital solutions, and are growing rapidly.

     

    💼 About the role:
    This role is all about building and nurturing strong business relationships. We work with two types of partners:

    • Current partners – companies we already collaborate with (lead exchange, joint projects, communication via email and meetings).
    • Potential partners – organizations we haven't connected with yet but could create mutually beneficial partnerships with.

    As a Partnership Development Manager, your main goal is to identify and onboard new companies that might benefit from collaboration. Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Researching and initiating contact with potential partners
    • Calling key decision-makers (owners, commercial directors, heads of sales)
    • Scheduling and conducting online meetings and presentations
    • Negotiating terms and signing contracts if needed
    • Maintaining regular communication via chats and emails
    • Facilitating lead exchange and ongoing mutual support

    👉 Please note: success in this role is measured not by the number of signed partners, but by the quality and outcomes of these partnerships. We value real, result-oriented cooperation — not just ticking the boxes.

     

    We’re looking for someone who has:

    • 1+ year of experience in B2B sales or partner relations
    • Strong communication skills: confident when speaking with company leaders and in business correspondence
    • A proactive mindset, strategic thinking, and attention to detail
    • Confidence in using Google Docs, CRM systems, LinkedIn
    • English skills are a plus
    • Experience in IT, digital services, or business process automation is an advantage
