    We are currently looking for a skilled Python Developer to join our team to work on a long-term internal product, designed to improve business process automation, data handling, and operational efficiency within the company. This is not a client-facing project — the product is being developed in-house and owned entirely by our team.

     

    Who You Are:

    We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Python Developer with at least a Middle level of experience, who enjoys solving practical business problems through clean, scalable backend development. You’ll take part in building and evolving a product from the ground up in close collaboration with analysts and stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Backend Development: Build and maintain internal services and APIs using Python.
    • Data Handling: Develop tools for collecting, processing, and managing structured/unstructured data.
    • System Integration: Create and maintain integrations with third-party systems and APIs.
    • Automation: Identify opportunities and implement solutions to automate internal operations.
    • Database Work: Design and optimize relational and non-relational databases.
    • Code Quality: Write maintainable, testable, and well-documented code.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with analysts, PMs, and other developers to align on business needs and deliver solutions.

    Required Experience With:

    • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

    Your Skills and Experience:

    • 2+ years of commercial experience with Python
    • Strong knowledge of Python frameworks: FastAPI, Flask, Django
    • Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs, SOAP, GraphQL
    • Good understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
    • Confident with Git and version control workflows
    • English — Intermediate+ (written and spoken)

    Nice to Have but Not Required:

    • Experience with microservices architecture
    • Familiarity with Docker or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)

    We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven, and quick-learning Email Marketing Manager to lead and scale our internal email marketing initiatives. This role is not client-facing and is focused on developing our in-house processes and tools to improve lead nurturing, user engagement, and operational efficiency across our internal marketing channels.

    While experience with Zoho Campaigns is a strong plus, we’re ready to train someone with a solid background in email marketing who is eager to master the Zoho ecosystem. If you’re passionate about digital marketing, automation, and using data to drive decisions — we’d love to hear from you!

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategy & Planning:

    • Plan and execute internal email marketing campaigns tailored to CRMOZ’s operational and business goals.
    • Segment internal contact bases using CRM data to improve messaging relevance.
    • Develop and maintain internal marketing calendars and workflow automations.

    Campaign Management & Execution:

    • Build, test, and optimize internal newsletters, sequences, and transactional emails.
    • Design email templates and write compelling copy in alignment with our brand voice.
    • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate email marketing efforts across departments.

    Performance Analysis & Optimization:

    • Monitor performance metrics (open/click rates, bounce rates, etc.) and report insights.
    • Run A/B tests and implement findings to continually improve email effectiveness.
    • Recommend enhancements to improve delivery, engagement, and conversion.

    Content & Creative:

    • Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure high-quality email visuals and messaging.
    • Maintain consistency with CRMOZ branding and communication tone.

    Compliance & Data Management:

    • Ensure all campaigns comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other applicable regulations.
    • Manage data hygiene and contact segmentation using Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns.

    Continuous Learning & Adaptation:

    • Quickly learn and leverage the full functionality of Zoho Campaigns.
    • Stay up to date on trends in email marketing and CRM integration.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • 1+ years of experience in email marketing or digital communications.
    • Hands-on experience with any major email platform (e.g. Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
    • Understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and performance metrics.
    • Strong copywriting and content editing skills.
    • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and act on insights.
    • Eagerness to learn Zoho tools and adapt quickly.
    • Basic HTML/CSS for email formatting is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Experience working with CRM data (Zoho or similar) is highly desirable.
