Responsibilities:

🔸сollaborate with development teams to define project goals, timelines, and budgets;

🔸manage the project schedule and ensure timely delivery of milestones;

🔸track project progress and ensure that development is on track and within budget;

🔸oversee the creation and implementation of project plans and strategies;

🔸facilitate communication between team members and departments;

🔸identify and mitigate project risks;

🔸conduct post-project reviews and identify areas for improvement;

🔸maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

🔸3+ years of experience in game production or related field;

🔸strong project management and leadership skills;

🔸knowledge of game development processes and industry trends;

🔸experience managing budgets and schedules;

🔸ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously;

🔸passion for gaming and a deep understanding of game design principles.

Now we are  looking for an experienced and creative Motion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess skills including video editing, creating animated videos, and developing 3D illustrations.

Responsibilities:

🔸 Develop and implement animated videos, including concept design and animation.

🔸 Produce detailed 3D illustrations and visualizations including close work with Unity

🔸 Collaborate closely with a team of designers, marketers, and other professionals to achieve shared objectives.

🔸 Implement innovative ideas and technologies in the video content creation process.

Requirements:

🔸 Experience working in Unity - you feel comfortable with Unity.

🔸 Experience working in AfterEffects

🔸 Experience in producing ads for mobile games
🔸 Proficiency in English, at least at the B2 level.

🔸 залученням рекламного трафіку;

🔸 загальною аналітикою продуктів і наданням рекомендацій щодо оптимізації.

🔸 маєш щонайменше 3 роки досвіду у маркетингу, бажано в ігровій індустрії;

🔸 маєш підтверджений досвід успішного проведення маркетингових кампаній, залучення рекламного трафіку та досягнення вимірюваних результатів;

🔸 вільно володієш Firebase, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads тощо;

🔸 можеш похизуватись винятковими аналітичними навичками, вмінням інтерпретувати дані та ухвалювати рішення на їхній основі.
