Creaty continues growing rapidly, so now we are looking for a proactive and ambitious HR Generalist. You will be responsible for developing human capital to support the business growth of the company.

We are ready to consider candidates without prior experience, but with a great desire to learn! Please note: the position requires work only in the Lutsk office!

In this role, you will:

🔸 manage the employee lifecycle: onboarding, 1:1 meetings, skills and salary reviews, offboarding, exit interviews etc.;

🔸 participate in recruitment processes;

🔸 be responsible for planning and conducting company events;

🔸 improve existing HR processes with the team;

🔸 support the company’s culture and atmosphere.

What we expect from the new HRG:

🔸 previous experience in IT industry as HR manager / HR generalist / Recruiter or completed courses;

🔸 basic knowledge of HR processes or the full recruitment cycle;

🔸 Intermediate level of English (both written and verbal);

🔸 high level of communication and multitasking skills.

Will be a plus:

🔸 understanding of the most common IT areas, frameworks and languages;

🔸 experience in negotiations, ability to help with employee problems;

🔸 knowledge of labor legislation.

We are ready to consider candidates without experience, provided they complete a 2-week unpaid training. 

In this role, you will:

🔸source and recruit great talent for our team, following the hiring process defined;

🔸 pre-screening of candidates;

🔸 conducting interviews at all stages;

🔸 maintaining a database of candidates.

What we expect from the new Recruiter:

🔸 previous experience in IT industry as a Recruiter or completed courses;

🔸 basic knowledge of the full recruitment cycle;

🔸 at least Intermediate+ level of English (both written and verbal);

🔸 high level of communication and multitasking skills.
