As our new Cloud Support Engineer (Azure & O365), you will be responsible for delivering IT Support L1, managing and supporting Crayon systems, providing internal staff support, ensuring services meet SLAs, and maintaining the local office. This role provides a unique opportunity to learn and grow your technical skills with the aim of advancing your career within IT and Cloud. 

Key responsibilities will include: 

- Providing multi-channel support, such as Zendesk, email, phone and in-person, for all Crayon staff, including service desk and infrastructure tickets, and hands-on assistance with key tools and applications.

- Delivering technical assistance related to Azure, Office365, infrastructure servers, computer systems, software, hardware, and managed virtual machines.

- Challenging the status quo, whilst proactively looking for opportunities for continuous improvement.

- Defining and documenting best practices and strategies regarding application integration and infrastructure maintenance within Zendesk and other systems to build on the knowledge base articles.

Your Competencies: 

- 1+ years of experience in IT support related roles.

- Experience working in a cloud environment, ideally within Azure and M365.

- Ability to formulate and execute integration tests, load tests, and performance tests on a basic level.

Join our dynamic multi-Cloud team as a Cloud Consultant - GCP, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our clients’ Cloud environments by delivering high-quality solutions with Google Cloud. As such, your focus will be on elevating clients’ satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships, and contributing to new business opportunities. This is a unique opportunity to expand our Google Cloud Business in Ukraine and develop a technical hub for CEE as a leader of GCP solutions. You will work on international projects, collaborate with CEE customers, and support sales teams to drive regional growth.

Other responsibilities will include:

• Design, implement, and manage Cloud migration strategies, ensuring seamless transitions to Google Cloud, with hands-on implementation and management of Cloud projects
• Support pre-sales efforts by providing expert consultation and technical insights
• Lead and facilitate workshops to align customer goals with innovative GCP solutions
• Active offering of strategic guidance and advisory services to help customers optimize their Cloud environments

Your Competencies:

• 2+ years of consulting experience with GCP and its services
• Experience with pre-sales
• Solid understanding of Cloud adoption framework and infrastructure
• Google Certifications will be a plus
