REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Over 3 years of C++ development , design or equivalent combination of education, skills and experience
• Experience with STL (Boost and similar libraries)
• Working knowledge of OOP, design patterns, classical algorithms and data structures
• Good understanding of multithreading programming and networking
• Knowledge of memory dumps analysis is an advantage
• Knowledge of various processes and methods of software development;
• Working knowledge of SQL is an advantage
• Demonstrated record of delivering high quality software products to market;

• Experience with Linux
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop those skills;

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gather and produce requirements and designs
• Write production quality and test code for the required product according to provided requirements; support the legacy code
• Accurately plan software development activities and follow established processes

The primary objective of this position is to ensure the quality of CQG products by following and enhancing the SQA (Software Quality Assurance) processes via automated testing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan testing based on Requirements and Design Documents, external specifications and real input data
• Design and code automated tests in python
• Identify, reproduce, and report defects
• Design and code automated testing tools: exchange protocols over TCP/UDP according to external specifications (construct), TCP/UDP test server simulators (gevent)
• Extend and maintain our pytest based framework and python libs

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• At least Intermediate level of English

4+ years of hands-on development experience to include:

• Python, OOP: writing or maintaining complex enough code: libs/frameworks
• Linux (CentOS/Alma) basic administration, bash-scripts
• Git: working with branches, merge, rebase, conflict resolutions
• Ansible: automation configurations
• Network basics: TCP/IP

4+ years of hands-on testing experience to include:

• Ability to develop and implement test plans and test cases
• A strong working knowledge of testing backend and client/server applications
• Excellent understanding of QA theory
• Creation of automated test tool

Will be a plus:

• Docker: creation and management of containers
• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes
• Experience in C++
• Data base experience
• Pytest framework usage experience

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in multithreaded application development is a must
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing multithreaded applications
• Deep, practical knowledge of C++
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience building and maintaining performance-critical systems
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, production-ready software
   

Good to have:

• Experience with distributed application architectures
• Familiarity with formal software development processes and design notations such as UML
• Basic knowledge of Python and SQL
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Cassandra
• Development experience on Linux
• Experience with crash dump analysis and debugging production issues
• Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) and regular code reviews

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of C+, C# and VB programming is preferred;
• Good interpersonal skills especially on the telephone, natural curiosity, attention to detail, flexibility;

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute manual test scripts according to process:
• Record test results;
• Identify, reproduce, and report defects;
