ConnectiveOne (ex. Kwizbot, a product of Evergreen IT Development) has been in the market since 2022. It's a communications SaaS platform with built-in artificial intelligence that automates customer support through an omnichannel operator panel with an AI Copilot and an integrated process builder. Additional modules allow for flexible customization, enabling the system to adapt to specific business needs.
The platform unifies all communication channels - from messengers and social media to email - into a single system.
In 2024, we received non-equity funding from the Google Ukraine Support Fund, which provided a boost for our international development. Our clients are located in Ukraine, Central, and Eastern Europe. We are currently entering the UK market and plan to expand into Brazil and the UAE.
Our clients in Ukraine include well-known brands like Uklon, Megogo, the 911 pharmacy chain, Podorozhnyk, and Foxtrot. The main advantage of our platform is its ability to flexibly integrate into your business processes.
We were the first in Ukraine to implement AI into the operations of large support teams, helping our clients improve customer interaction and enhance service efficiency.
