Coinask.ai — a B2C AI SaaS product at the intersection of AI, Crypto, and FinTech.

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Creative Designer who will own Coinask's visual quality and personally produce strong graphic and video content.

We don't need someone who just executes a brief — we need a strong designer with great visual taste and an understanding of how design drives business results. You'll create banners, static creatives, landing pages, social content, and video, quickly test different approaches, and improve them based on results.

About the Role

The core focus of this role is hands-on design production.

You'll work across a range of formats — from ad creatives and social content to Figma mockups, landing pages, and video. It's not just about making things "look nice" — it's about understanding composition, hierarchy, typography, visual storytelling, attention, and conversion.

You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing and Lead Brand & Community Manager, turning marketing and communication tasks into quality visual content.

Your Responsibilities

• Graphic Design: create static creatives, banners, social content, marketing materials, and other visual assets.
• Web & Landing Pages: create Figma mockups and the visual side of marketing landing pages.
• Video & Motion: edit short-form and performance creatives for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and ad campaigns; work with footage, screen recordings, UGC, captions, graphics, basic motion elements, and format adaptations.
• Creative Development: independently develop visual concepts and propose solutions, rather than just executing ready-made briefs.
• Visual Consistency: maintain a cohesive and recognizable visual style for Coinask across channels and formats.
• Creative Performance: analyze the results of your creatives together with Marketing, understand which approaches work better, and apply those insights to future iterations.
• AI Workflow: use AI tools for research, ideation, generation, and production, speeding up the work without sacrificing quality.

• A strong portfolio with examples of graphic design, digital creatives, and video/motion work.
• Confident with Figma, Photoshop, and other professional design tools; hands-on experience editing and producing short-form video creatives.
• Strong visual taste and an understanding of what makes design high-quality, modern, and professional.
• Able to work fast and independently, adapting one design across different formats and tasks.
• Understand the basics of marketing design and performance creatives: hierarchy, hooks, readability, CTAs, attention, and visual storytelling.

We're looking for a hands-on Lead SEO & GEO Specialist who will take ownership of Coinask's organic visibility across Google and AI-powered search — from the technical SEO foundation and search intent to GEO, authority building, and results measurement.
 

This isn't a classic SEO copywriter or link-builder role. You'll build the system that makes Coinask easier to find, understand, and get referenced in both traditional and generative search.
 

About the Role

Search is changing: alongside classic Google, AI-powered search and answer engines — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and others — are growing fast.

Your job is to build the system:

Technical SEO → Search Intent → Semantic Authority → AI Visibility → Organic Growth
 

You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing, Lead Brand & Community Manager, Product, and Engineering, turning search and audience-behavior data into concrete SEO/GEO initiatives.

 

Your Responsibilities

• SEO & Organic Search Strategy: develop and execute Coinask's SEO strategy — keyword research, search intent, semantic clusters, content opportunities, on-page SEO, and internal linking.
• Technical SEO: own crawlability, indexability, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, canonicalization, robots.txt, sitemap, and Schema.org. Identify issues and write specs for Engineering.
• GEO / AI Search Visibility: track Coinask's presence in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, and other AI search experiences; find citation gaps, competitor gaps, and opportunities to grow AI visibility.
• SEO Content Strategy: identify content gaps and write SEO/GEO briefs for the Brand & Community team — what to create, for which search intent, and what structure and topics to cover.
• Authority & Digital PR: identify relevant crypto/tech media and authoritative platforms, run outreach, negotiate placements, and see quality mentions and backlinks through to publication.
• Analytics & Measurement: build the SEO/GEO measurement system: organic traffic, rankings, conversions, backlinks, AI visibility, citations, and the organic channel's contribution to acquisition.
• Use AI and automation for research, semantic analysis, competitor research, data processing, monitoring, and scaling SEO processes.
  
   

What We Expect From You

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Technical SEO / Organic Growth / SEO Management, ideally in B2C SaaS, AI, Crypto, Web3, or FinTech.
• Deep understanding of Technical SEO, semantic SEO, search intent, and authority/link building.
• Confident with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs / Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
• Understand the principles of AI Search / GEO / AEO, citation patterns, and how AI systems find and use sources.
• Able to run SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis, and turn findings into concrete actions.
• Hands-on experience in link building / SEO outreach and securing quality editorial placements.
• Technical literacy — comfortable working with HTML, Schema.org, and web architecture, and writing specs for Engineering.
• Strong analytical thinking: able to turn data into SEO hypotheses, priorities, and experiments.
• High autonomy and ownership — able to independently move from opportunity → strategy → execution → measurement.
• Fluent English for working with the Western search landscape, English-language semantics, and international media.

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Growth Analyst who will take ownership of ensuring Coinask's data is accurate, consistent, and ready to drive business decisions — from tracking and integrations to product analytics, attribution, and dashboards.

This isn't a "just reporting" role. You'll be responsible for the product's analytical foundation: collecting data correctly, maintaining data quality, connecting different systems, and helping Marketing and Product see the full picture of the business.
 

About the Role

We're actively driving traffic and growing the product, so we need a single source of truth for Marketing and Product:

You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing, Growth PM, and Engineering, to ensure a strong connection among marketing data, user behavior, and product data.
 

Your Responsibilities

• Tracking & Analytics Setup: build and maintain the Event Taxonomy, web/product tracking, and key user journey events. Work with GTM, server-side tracking, and analytics tools.
• Product Analytics: set up and maintain Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog, or similar systems — funnels, cohorts, retention, activation, and key product flows.
• Integrations & Data Flow: ensure correct data exchange between Web, Product, Backend, CRM, ad platforms, and analytics tools via APIs, Webhooks, n8n/Make, or other integrations.
• Marketing Analytics & Attribution: connect ad spend, traffic sources, sign-ups, and product events so Marketing and Product see accurate CAC, ROAS, conversion, and LTV.
• Data Quality & QA: regularly audit data, find duplicates, data loss, broken events, and discrepancies between systems; identify root causes and coordinate fixes with Engineering.
• Dashboards & Reporting: build and maintain clear dashboards for Marketing, Product, and Management, keeping metrics up to date with a single shared definition.
• Insights: find anomalies, patterns, and growth opportunities in the data and turn them into actionable insights for Product and Marketing.
• Use AI and automation tools to speed up analysis, SQL, QA, debugging, and data work.

Core requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Web Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Analytics Engineering, or Tracking.
• Confident with GTM, GA4, and product analytics tools — Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog, or similar.
• Understand how events, cookies, first-party data, server-side tracking, APIs, and Webhooks work.
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to work independently with data in PostgreSQL, BigQuery, or similar systems.
• Hands-on experience building integrations and data flows between marketing, product, and backend systems.
• Understand marketing attribution principles and how to connect acquisition data with product metrics.
• Able to build dashboards and reporting systems that teams actually use.
• Able to independently identify the root cause of data discrepancies and drive them to resolution with Engineering.

We are looking for a hands-on Lead Brand & Community Manager who will take ownership of brand narrative, communication strategy, community, and the KOL direction.
 

This is not a "content-plan" role. 
You will shape how Coinask sounds, looks, and is perceived by its audience, build trust in the product, grow the community, and scale the brand through content, social media, and creator partnerships.
 

Briefly about the role

At Coinask, trust directly affects how users perceive the product, interact with it, and decide whether to use it.

Your task is to build a strong public voice for Coinask and turn it into a systematic growth engine through:

You will work closely with Marketing, Growth Product, Design, and Product, turning audience insights into strong communications, content, and product insights.
 

Your responsibilities

• Brand Narrative & Communication Strategy: build and develop Coinask's communication strategy, define the Tone of Voice and key messaging pillars, and be able to translate complex AI, crypto, and financial concepts into simple, clear, and engaging communication.
• Founder & Team Branding: help key team members (Founders, C-level) develop their personal profiles on social media (Twitter/LinkedIn), prepare drafts for them, and coordinate joint announcements and brand communications (employee advocacy).
• Content & Social Media: own content strategy and hands-on execution — from expert threads and social content to email communications and long-form content.
• Community Building: launch, grow, and moderate the community on Discord/Telegram, build engagement, work with feedback, and turn active users into brand advocates.
• PR & External Communications: develop Coinask's external communications, work with relevant media and information platforms, prepare PR initiatives around key launches, products, and company news.
• KOL & Creator Partnerships: find, onboard, and develop relationships with crypto/fintech KOLs and creators, test partnership and referral mechanics, and scale the ones that deliver results.
• Brand & Community Insights: track engagement, sentiment, and audience needs, identify recurring insights, and pass them on to Product and Marketing to improve the product and communications.
• Work with AI tools for research, ideation, content production, repurposing, and performance analysis, while maintaining quality, tone of voice, and brand integrity.
