Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to own and evolve the user 
experience, interaction design, and visual language across all ClubReady 
digital products. This role combines hands-on UI/UX design with ownership of our design standards and systems, ensuring cohesive, user-centered solutions that align with business goals and technical feasibility.
This role will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer 
Success, and external design partners to shape a cohesive design strategy 
and execution framework. You’ll serve as the central voice of the user while 
ensuring stylistic consistency and modern UI standards across our entire 
product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
 

Design Leadership & Strategy
•Define, own, and evangelize the UX and visual design language across 
ClubReady's products.
•Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile products—
from research and wireframes to final UI
•Partner with product management to translate strategic goals and 
customer insights into intuitive and visually compelling experiences.
•Drive the creation of a centralized design system to unify interaction 
and styling patterns across multiple products and platforms.
•Ensure mobile UX best practices are embedded into all native app 
workflows, maintaining consistency with iOS/Android platform 
standards while solving for the needs of on-the-go users.
 

Cross-functional Collaboration
•Collaborate directly with engineering teams during implementation to 
ensure high-quality design delivery.
•Collaborate with product teams to improve how we plan and design 
features as well as smaller improvements
•Work with external design firms to align outputs with ClubReady 
standards and vision.
•Serve as the user advocate in cross-functional planning sessions, 
representing customer empathy and accessibility needs.
 

Execution & Tools
•Create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and design specs in Figma.
•Communicate and track projects and work in AHA!
•Contribute to backlog grooming and feature planning using Aha! and 
Azure DevOps.
•Analyze usage with log rocket and other tools to recommend 
improvements
•Maintain design consistency and component reuse through scalable 
libraries and version-controlled assets.

User-Centered Process
•Conduct or oversee user interviews, usability testing, and heuristic 
reviews.
•Use data and analytics to validate design decisions and refine features 
post-launch.
•Stay on top of industry trends, design patterns, and accessibility 
guidelines.
 

Qualifications:
Experience:
•5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally within SaaS or enterprise 
applications including mobile and web.
•Demonstrated success in leading or owning product design across complex 
digital ecosystems.
•Experience building and scaling design systems or living style guides.
 

Skills:
•Mastery of Figma, including components, auto layout, variables, and 
design libraries.
•Strong understanding of responsive web and native mobile app design 
patterns, usability, and platform-specific guidelines (iOS and Android).
•Familiarity with Agile delivery cycles and tools like Aha! and Azure 
DevOps.
•Excellent visual design sensibility and attention to detail.
•Understanding of how frontend technologies shape user interaction 
patterns, performance, and accessibility—particularly in component-
based systems (React, Tailwind, etc.).
 

Bonus Points:
•Experience working in fitness, health, or wellness tech.
•Exposure to frontend development practices (HTML/CSS knowledge a 
plus).
•Prior experience collaborating with branding and marketing teams on 
unified design systems.

Responsibilities:
    •    Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems such as revenue forecasting and member risk prediction (e.g. churn).
    •    Build end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment using AWS services.
    •    Develop and deploy LLM-based applications and AI agents on AWS Bedrock.
    •    Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures for enterprise AI use cases.
    •    Work with large volumes of data to perform feature engineering, data preprocessing, and model optimization.
    •    Write optimized SQL queries for analytics, model training datasets, and data validation.
    •    Build scalable ML APIs and microservices for real-time and batch inference.
    •    Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to define ML-driven solutions.
    •    Apply MLOps best practices for versioning, monitoring, CI/CD, and production reliability.
    •    Conduct A/B testing, model evaluation, and model performance tracking.
    •    Document solutions and communicate progress clearly in strong English.

Must Have Qualifications:
    1.    5+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning development and deployment in production.
    2.    Strong expertise in XGBoost and classical ML algorithms (LightGBM, Random Forest, etc.).
    3.    Proven experience with predictive modeling (forecasting, classification, risk scoring).
    4.    Strong SQL skills (data analysis, ETL, performance tuning).
    5.    Advanced Python skills (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
    6.    Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and building AI/ML agents.
    7.    Strong AWS experience building solutions using S3, Lambda, Glue, Step Functions.
    8.    Experience applying MLOps concepts (CI/CD pipelines, Deployment, Monitoring).
    9.    Strong English level required (written and spoken).
    10.    Ability to work independently and solve complex problems.

    1.    AWS certifications (ML Specialty, Solutions Architect is a plus).
    2.    Experience with Amazon SageMaker (training, tuning, deployment).
    3.    Experience building RAG pipelines with embeddings and vector search.
    4.    Knowledge of Amazon Redshift, RDS, and AWS data architecture.
    5.    Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
    6.    Familiarity with MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker Pipelines.
    7.    Experience working with enterprise-scale datasets and distributed computing.
    8.    Background in Generative AI or NLP systems development.
    9.    Knowledge of API development using FastAPI or Flask.
    10.    Familiarity with Git, Jira, and Agile development processes.

Role Overview
As a Data Engineer at ClubReady, you’ll be responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing the data pipelines and replication processes that power our customers’ access to their ClubReady data. You’ll collaborate closely with BI developers, DevOps, and Product to ensure that the data infrastructure is efficient, scalable, and easy to support. You’ll also play a key role in monitoring and troubleshooting customer data syncs, optimizing schema designs, and implementing new data delivery features.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines that replicate and transform ClubReady data into customer-facing databases.
• Monitor and troubleshoot daily data loads, ensuring reliability and data consistency.
• Optimize database performance across SQL Server and PostgreSQL environments (indexes, partitioning, query tuning).
• Collaborate with BI and Product teams to design and implement new data sets and schema enhancements for analytics use cases.
• Automate operational processes such as monitoring, alerting, and health checks for data syncs.
• Ensure data security and compliance in all data handling and transfer processes.
• Contribute to data documentation, pipeline design standards, and best practices.

Qualifications Required:

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, ETL Developer, or Database Engineer.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including performance tuning and query optimization.
• Experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines using tools such as Airflow, dbt, SSIS, or similar.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, change data capture (CDC), and incremental load strategies.
• Experience with Python or another scripting language for automation and data transformation.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS or Azure) and data warehouse design principles.

Preferred:

• Experience with replication systems or data synchronization frameworks between operational and analytics databases.
• Experience with Go programming language.
• Experience with Snowflake.
• Experience supporting multi-tenant or customer-facing data platforms.
• Exposure to Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.

Work Hours:

This is a remote position, but you must be available during our operating hours in the USA time zone (12pm–8pm Kyiv time zone).
