and Vlad Voskresensky (founder of Revenue Grid) to create the next generation of CRM systems.

This role is for engineers who thrive in dynamic environments where processes are still being shaped and impact is immediate. 

At ChatRevenue, we focus on outcomes rather than ceremonies – no endless grooming sessions or heavy planning rituals. 

Our engineering processes are evolving, and you’ll have a direct influence on how they are structured. There are no excessive management layers or long approval chains – decisions are made quickly through open discussion and direct collaboration. 

Previous startup experience is not required. What matters is your ability to operate without rigid rules, take initiative, and make independent technical decisions. 

What You’ll Do 

• Architect and maintain backend services using Python / FastAPI 
• Build seamless integrations with between our code product and external ecosystems (CRM, communication platforms) 
• Design and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines 
• Develop and deploy production-ready Generative AI features to enhance product capabilities 
• Lead features from initial technical design to production release and ongoing support 
• Deliver high-quality code in short, impactful cycles 
• Maintain DevOps best practices (testing, CI/CD, security, containerization) 

What We’re Looking For 

• Strong Python skills (FastAPI, async, Pydantic) 
• Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL), Pandas, and data pipelines 
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, Kafka 
• Experience with CI/CD and Git-based workflows 
• Curiosity about product-building and openness to evolving environments 
• Strong teamwork skills – constructive code reviews, active participation in technical discussions, and ownership mindset

About the role 

We are looking for a Principal Backend Engineer with strong Python experience and a proven track record of building and owning production backend systems. 

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on: 

• Python backend 
• FastAPI 
• Data-heavy systems 
• AI / LLM product features 
• System architecture and scalability 

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of a backend domain, make technical decisions, and build reliable systems from idea to production. 

What you will do 

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain core backend services using Python and FastAPI 
• Own backend architecture, data flows, and technical decisions in your domain 
  Build and scale data-intensive systems, integrations, and pipelines 
• Work on AI / LLM-driven product features together with the engineering team 
• Improve system performance, scalability, reliability, and observability 
• Contribute to engineering practices: testing, CI/CD, security, and code quality 
• Work closely with product and engineering to deliver high-impact features 

What we are looking for 

• 7+ years of hands-on backend development experience 
• Strong commercial experience with Python in production 
• Python should be your primary backend language 
• Strong experience with FastAPI, APIs, Docker, Git, and CI/CD 
• Experience owning backend systems end-to-end: architecture, performance, data, reliability 
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and data-heavy systems  
• Experience building distributed, scalable, or high-load systems 
• Good understanding of system design and performance optimization 
• Ability to work with ambiguity and take ownership without micromanagement 
• High ownership, independence, and product mindset 

Nice to have 

• Experience integrating LLMs / AI into backend systems 
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or AI assistants 
• Experience with Kafka, Azure Event Hub, or other event-driven systems 
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure, especially Azure 
• Experience building ETL / ELT pipelines 
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data 
• Production observability, tracing, monitoring, and optimization experience

We are building an agentic sales automation for post-CRM era. The AI-native product combines structured and unstructured data, LLM workflows, and agentic automation to help sales people to focus properly, work more efficiently and automate repetitive sales processes. 

The product is already being tested by early customers. We are growing the core engineering team and looking for people who want to work on real product systems with direct impact on architecture, quality, and speed of delivery. 

About the role 

We are looking for a Senior Generative AI Engineer with 5+ years of commercial Python experience and hands-on experience building production GenAI / RAG systems. 

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on: 

• Python backend  
• LLMs and RAG  
• AI Copilot / assistant workflows  

We are looking for someone who can take a problem, propose a practical solution, and move it to production. 

What you will do 

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain production GenAI / RAG pipelines  
• Integrate LLMs and agentic assistants into product workflows  
• Improve latency, reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency of AI systems  
• Evaluate and implement new GenAI, multi-agent, and orchestration frameworks  
• Contribute to architecture and technical decisions across the platform  

What we are looking for 

• 5+ years of commercial Python experience 
• Strong backend experience with FastAPI, APIs, webhooks, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD 
• Commercial experience with LLMs in production 
• Strong hands-on experience with RAG, retrieval workflows, embeddings, and vector search 
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, or similar frameworks 
• Good knowledge of SQL, Pandas, ETL, data cleaning, and ingestion pipelines 
• English: B2 or higher 
• High ownership, independence, and product mindset 

Nice to have 

• Multi-agent LLM systems 
• Knowledge graphs, graph databases, or graph-based retrieval 
• Kafka, Azure Event Hub, or other event-driven systems 
• Azure cloud infrastructure
