Even if one does not know PHP but is very good at Wordpress we are interested in talking to you. You will report to someone who has a working knowledge of Wordpress and the design process. If you are also good at UI/UX deign and proficient at Canva or Figma, this would be a plus but is not necessary. It is important that you are able to help train other team members on Wordpress as well. We have a great team and have been working with colleagues in Eastern Europe (particularly in Ukraine) for over 10 years. People find working with us rewarding and interesting.
