Responsibilities:

Design Excellence

• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI designs for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure consistency and high usability by adhering to UX/UI best practices and accessibility guidelines.
• Maintain and improve design systems to support scalable and cohesive user experiences.
• Create visually appealing designs that align with branding guidelines and company objectives.
• Develop comprehensive branding materials, including brand guidelines, typography, and visual identity systems.
• Design logos and corporate identity elements, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

User Research & Testing

• Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
• Analyze user behavior and data to drive informed design decisions.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, A/B testing results, and product performance metrics.
• Develop user personas and journey maps to optimize product interactions.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals.
• Present design concepts effectively, providing rationale for design choices.
• Facilitate workshops and design sprints to foster innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advocate for UX best practices within the company.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing a user-centered approach.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Axure).
• Deep understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Strong experience in branding, logo design, and developing comprehensive visual identity systems.
• Expertise in website and mobile app UX/UI design, including information architecture and user flows.
• Ability to work with user research data and analytics tools to drive design decisions.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to present and defend design ideas.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
