    - Have at least one year of Experience as a project manager;
    - Knowledge of project management and web application development methodologies;
    - Manage the entire project lifecycle;
    - Knowledge of project development methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, etc.;
    - Hands-on Experience with goal-setting tools (SMART, creative brief, project passport);
    - Excellent communication and coaching skills;
    - Skills and knowledge in risk analysis, team leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and increasing transparency of project workflow;
    - Ability to make decisions; willingness to take responsibility for decisions within your area of responsibility based on analysis of all available information;
    - Delegation skills: assigning tasks, and supervising their implementation;

    😎 Responsibilities 
    - Organizing internal and client project boards (tasks, sprints);
    - Maintaining and coordinating multiple projects;
    - Defining requirements, coordinating design;
    - Planning budget, controlling scope and deadlines, distributing the workload among team members, managing product version releases;
    - Identifying risks;
    - Generating project documentation;
    - Act as a point of reference for the project team, internal stakeholders, and project client;
    - Communicate with the responsible person on the client side;
    - Generate and coordinate improvements to the project with the client;
    - Build effective communication between team members;
    - Setting up and testing features before release;
    - Regular reporting to Product Manager & Client;
    - Regular communication with clients to update project status and current project details;
