😎 Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and maintaining project boards (tasks, sprints) in ClickUp.
• Support the coordination of internal and client projects under supervision.
• Help gather and define requirements with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Track progress on deadlines, deliverables, and workloads across teams.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives;
• Assist in identifying and documenting project risks.
• Prepare reports, meeting notes, and updates for clients.
• Support in quality control and feature testing before release.
• Communicate with developers, designers, QA, and the client under guidance.
• Contribute ideas to improve delivery processes and team communication.
• Gradually take over ownership of small projects with mentorship.
   

• 6+ months of experience as a Project Assistant / Coordinator / Junior PM.
• Understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with web development and e-commerce (Shopify preferred).
• Basic experience with ClickUp, Trello, or Jira.
• Ability to write clear documentation and task descriptions.
• Basic understanding of SMART goals, project briefs, and roadmaps.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Interest in developing leadership, prioritization, and risk-management skills.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Experience in Shopify / web development projects.
• Knowledge of Git basics (branches, pull requests, merges).
• Experience in client communication.
• English at an Intermediate level or higher.
