• Giving all team members full flexibility to work from wherever, and whenever they want (in Ukraine and abroad)
• Giving donations to charities and funds that support Ukrainian people and military personnel. Raised $115,000 for Ukraine humanitarian aid — BrightLocal team delivered aid personally from UK to Ukraine
