We are looking for a full-stack UX/UI designer who is able to make wireframes, prototyping and UI design from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Redesigning existing internal projects of the company
- Creating and maintaining a company wide design system
- Creating flows based on requirements and presenting them as wireframes
- Whenever possible, creating interactive prototypes to inform the product development process.
- Working closely with the engineering team to make sure the design vision is being met, through documentation, communication, and design QAs.
- Designing UI elements for the product;
Required skills and experience
- 2+ years proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer in a company
- Proficiency with design and prototyping in Figma
- Ability to build scalable design systems, support product growth and development for future iterations;
- Strong fundamental graphic design skills, including knowledge of typography, composition/layout, grids, colour, and more;
- A strong portfolio showcasing both UX and visual design work
- Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English for communication with management and clients (the development team speaks Ukrainian)
The below would be considered an advantage
- Experience leading interviews, usability testing, and other UX research activities
- Experience in creating complex CRM systems
- Experience with Fintech products
