In this role, you will design and optimize our key acquisition surfaces (websites and landing pages), conduct qualitative research to understand visitor behavior, and translate insights into design improvements. You will set the visual direction for our web presence, influence design decisions, shape the brand experience on the web, and deliver measurable results for both the people who use our product and the company.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously optimize landing pages and key website pages, focusing on clarity of message, engagement, and conversion to sign-up
• Build user flow maps and user journey maps to visualize and improve the acquisition experience end to end
• Conduct qualitative user research, including session recording analysis, heatmap reviews, user interviews, and usability testing, to uncover insights and inform design decisions
• Create app store creatives, including screenshots, feature graphics, and listing assets for App Store and Google Play
• Compose visually compelling layouts with strong typography, hierarchy, and visual rhythm
• Collaborate with graphic, 3D designers and other creative team members to integrate brand illustrations, photography, and visual assets into web layouts
• Adapt designs for multiple regions and languages, ensuring layouts, typography, and content systems work effectively across different markets and locales
• Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across different devices, adhering to brand guidelines and the web design system

• Document design decisions and guidelines for accurate implementation

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing landing pages, marketing websites, and registration flows
• Background that includes hands-on work with conversion metrics, A/B tests, qualitative research, and cross-functional collaboration with product managers and analysts
• Portfolio with recent (last 1 to 2 years) landing pages, marketing websites, home pages and registration flows demonstrating modern visual craft and conversion-focused thinking
• Strong visual design skills (typography, color theory, layout, hierarchy, composition) with a clear sense of modern web design trends and references
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for visual design, asset preparation, and image editing
• Hands-on experience improving registration and sign-up flows by identifying friction through qualitative research and shipping iterative improvements
• Experience designing for acquisition, growth, or conversion-focused contexts with measurable impact
• Good qualitative research skills, including session recording analysis, heatmap interpretation, user interviews, and usability testing, with the ability to translate observations into actionable design hypotheses
• Proficiency in building user flow maps and user journey maps to visualize and communicate complex flows
• Experience creating app store creatives (screenshots, feature graphics, listing assets) for App Store and Google Play, with familiarity with ASO visual best practices
• Practical experience designing for both WordPress (page builders like Elementor or Gutenberg, reusable block patterns, dynamic content) and custom frontend hand-off, with basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with developers across both stacks
• Proficiency in designing responsive user interfaces for web and mobile, grounded in user-centered design principles and information architecture
• Experience working within established design systems (components, tokens, guidelines) and proficiency in Figma for prototyping and rapid iteration
• Experience designing for multi-language and multi-regional products, with understanding of how localization affects layout, typography, content density, and visual hierarchy

We are a performance marketing agency managing mobile campaigns across multiple verticals — Fintech, Crypto, and iGaming. We work exclusively with official mobile apps of licensed products, running multi-platform UA campaigns across iOS and Android at scale, with full ownership over performance and results.

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Acquisition Manager who will own the full cycle of UA campaigns: from strategy and launch to optimization and scaling. You will work with established clients across iOS and Android, with real budgets and real accountability for results.

What you will do

• Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns on AppLovin, Meta, Google UAC, Unity Ads, Moloco, TikTok, Kaizen and other DSPs
• Manage and scale budgets across channels while maintaining target CPI, CPA, and ROAS
• Set up and maintain tracking via AppsFlyer or Adjust - MMP configuration, postback setup, cohort analysis
• Analyze campaign performance: break down by geo, placement, creative, audience - find levers and act on them
• Run creative testing: form hypotheses, brief the team, evaluate results, iterate
• Monitor attribution quality and flag anomalies - CTR spikes, install drops, ROAS shifts
• Communicate results and insights to clients; prepare performance reports

What we expect

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Mobile UA with measurable results (based on real cases)
• Strong understanding of mobile attribution: last-click, view-through, probabilistic, SKAN, and where each model breaks
• Practical experience with AppsFlyer or Adjust: cohort reports, raw data pulls, reconciliation with ad platform data
• Experience with at least 2-3 platforms: AppLovin, Meta, Google UAC, Unity, TikTok, or similar DSPs
• Ability to read unit economics: CAC, blended vs paid, ROAS by cohort, LTV assumptions
• Structured thinking when forming hypotheses - not "let's try a new creative" but a testable assumption with expected outcome
• English at Intermediate level or above - for working with platforms, partners, and documentation

Nice to have

• Experience in crypto, fintech, or iGaming verticals
• Familiarity with GTM for mobile pixel/event setup
• Experience working in an agency environment with multiple simultaneous clients
• Basic use of AI tools for creative iteration or reporting automation

What we offer

• Full remote - work from anywhere, async-friendly
• Real budgets - work with meaningful spend, not test accounts
• Autonomy - no micromanagement, ownership over results
• Growth - diverse verticals, new markets, fast feedback loops
