Binaryx Platform is an innovative tool that allows anyone to invest in rental real estate starting from $50 and generate passive income. The digital transaction process takes only a few minutes: users acquire a share in residential properties on the real estate marketplace, become co-owners, and earn rental income, which is available for withdrawal at any time.

Currently, our platform has been utilized by 800 clients who have invested in 5 real estate properties. Our goal is to significantly increase this number, focusing on content marketing, and therefore, we are seeking a qualified professional for the position of content manager.
 

Responsibilities:

• Developing a content strategy for the blog and social media platforms with an emphasis on promoting the product and providing information about various investment opportunities, including tokenized real estate on Binaryx.
• Creating and editing content materials;
• Maintaining a consistent style and tone of messaging.
   

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in content marketing, including managing content creation and distribution, and analyzing its effectiveness.
• Proficiency in English at a level not lower than C1, as the majority of the content will be created in English.
• Will be a plus:
  • Experience in investing and understanding of the investment sphere, which will help attract an audience interested in investments.
  • Understanding of cryptocurrency principles and blockchain technology, as Binaryx operates on the Polygon blockchain, providing fast and transparent transactions.

We are seeking an experienced Webflow developer to create modern, responsive, and interactive websites using the Webflow platform. Our ideal candidate is a team player who can independently identify and solve problems, understands the capabilities and limitations of Webflow CMS, and adheres to established design systems.

Crucial: we offer the equity option, usually it’s 50/50 (usdt/tokens).

Responsibilities: 

- Develop and maintain websites using Webflow. 

- Optimize and test websites to ensure they work correctly across all devices and browsers. 

- Integrate Webflow CMS for dynamic content management. 

- Collaborate with designers and team members to execute project goals. 

- Adhere to existing design systems and style guidelines. 

- Utilize algorithmic queries in ChatGPT for implementing custom solutions in Webflow.

Qualifications: 

- Proficient in Webflow: Advanced experience with Webflow, capable of quickly and efficiently building websites to meet project requirements. 

- Strong inspector tool skills: Ability to analyze and resolve layout issues using browser inspection tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools). 

- Problem-solving abilities: Skilled at quickly identifying and fixing bugs during the development and testing phases. 

- Understanding of Webflow CMS: Knowledge of working with dynamic content and templates in Webflow, including its constraints. 

- Attention to detail: Ability to follow established design systems and approaches without introducing non-standard metrics. 

- Experience with ChatGPT for coding: Ability to leverage algorithmic queries in ChatGPT to generate code or solutions for complex or custom tasks. 

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with animations and interactive elements in Webflow.

- Basic understanding of SEO and website performance optimization.

- Familiarity with API integrations within Webflow.
