As we expand our professional staff, we are currently looking for Unity/C# Developers at the Trainee, Junior, Strong Junior, or Middle level. We’d love to have you join us in the heart of Dnipro!

Please note: we are only considering candidates located in Dnipro.

Your responsibilities:

• Developing gaming applications using Unity and C# for various platforms
• Implementing game mechanics
• Integrating UI, animations, and visual effects into products

• Integrating various services and SDKs

   

We’ll be a great match if you have:

• A passion for games
• Solid Unity knowledge with at least 1 year of development experience
• A portfolio of game projects
• A strong command of C#
• Excellent understanding of OOP and SOLID principles
• Confident use of GIT

• Ability to write clean and understandable code

   

Nice to have:

• Advanced knowledge of mathematics
• Experience with VR, MR, and AR
• Experience with shaders
• Experience with multiplayer and client-server interactions

• English proficiency (B1+)

We are expanding our team and looking for a Project Manager to join our Dnipro office and oversee game development projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage game development projects at all stages of production.

• Organize and coordinate the team’s workflow, plan tasks, track deadlines, and ensure smooth processes.

• Communicate with clients and partners, providing project status updates.

• Monitor task execution, prioritize work, and manage the backlog.

• Identify project risks, propose and implement solutions.

• Present completed solutions, demos, and prototypes.

We are a perfect match if you:

• Are passionate about the gaming industry and have experience as a gamer, with knowledge of gaming genres.

• Strong understanding of game development processes and production stages.

• Experience working with Unity and an understanding of game engine workflows.

• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence, Slack, etc.).

• Familiarity with version control systems (GIT, Unity Collab).

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Experience in team management, knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.

• English proficiency B2 or higher (written and verbal communication).

Твої подальші обов’язки:

- Займатися розробкою ігрових механік, ідей та концептів;

- Формувати загальний візуальний стиль та настрій проекту;

- Розробляти та підтримувати в актуальному стані GDD та ADD;

- Працювати над внутрішньою логікою, балансом гри, економічною системою та монетизацією гри;

- Створення списку можливих ідей для розширення проекту, що можуть зацікавити замовників;

- Слугувати гарантом якості ігрового досвіду.

- Граєш у свій вільний час на будь-якій з платформ;

- Вмієш доносити свої думки усно і письмово;

- Швидко навчаєшся;

- Уважний до деталей.

Плюсом буде:

- Досвід у створенні ігрових проектів;

- Володіння англійською на рівні В2+;

- Поглибленні знання Левел-дизайну;

- Розуміння та навички в області ігрового балансу;

- Вміння працювати з аналітичними сервісами.
