Notbet is a free-to-trade, web3 sports trading exchange win embedded advanced sports analytics (SaaS). 

We're reimagining sports betting through a decentralised, gamified, and social-first experience — where trading replaces betting, and community drives liquidity. Our mission is to onboard millions into a new era of sports prediction markets powered by community and blockchain(in the future)

Your goal

Build and execute the full-stack growth strategy to take Notbet from zero to 100,000+ Monthly Active Users (MAU). You’ll own the full marketing funnel — from acquisition and viral growth to community and retention — and build the growth engine from scratch. This is a zero-to-one role with clear performance goals and total ownership.

Requirements

Growth Strategy Design & Execution

• Go-to-market and growth roadmap
• Design and launch viral loops, referral programs, and incentive campaigns
• Activate and optimise acquisition across Twitter, YouTube, Telegram, Discord, and key Web3-native platforms (e.g. Galxe, Zealy, Bitmedia etc).

Performance Marketing

• Launch and scale paid acquisition campaigns 
• Test CPL/CPI channels, optimise toward qualified traffic and MAUs

Community & KOL Growth: Build and manage an active, engaged user community

Team Building & Leadership

• Hire, lead, and scale the marketing team (growth, content, social, community)
• Set KPIs, growth dashboards, and reporting cadence

Must Have: Experience with viral web3 growth campaigns

Nice to Have: Sports and betting ecosystem interest is a plus
