Currently, we’re expanding our analytics team and are looking for a Data Scientist / ML Engineer to help us develop, improve, and fine-tune mathematical models for our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize mathematical and machine learning models for forecasting and analytics.
• Prepare, process, and analyze large datasets.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and sports experts to create models that enhance prediction accuracy.

• Test, validate, and improve ML models based on performance results.

   

What We Expect

• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with pandas and scikit-learn libraries.
• Understanding of core machine learning concepts, including:
   
  • Ensemble algorithms (Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, XGBoost, CatBoost);
  • Regularization methods (L1, L2, Dropout);
  • Stratification and cross-validation.
• Experience with TensorFlow and TensorFlow Probability (including fully connected (MLP) architectures).
• Understanding of common training challenges — vanishing/exploding gradients, overfitting.
• Solid knowledge of linear algebra, discrete mathematics, and statistics.

• English — Intermediate (B1+) level or higher.

We are now looking for a Head of Finance — an expert with strong strategic planning skills who can build an effective, comprehensive financial management system aligned with our growth goals and complex international structure.

Who we are looking for: A finance professional who:

Combines strategic vision with hands-on execution

Has experience building and optimising financial systems in an international environment

Understands tax legislation in our key jurisdictions — the UK, Ukraine, and the EU

Is familiar with reporting requirements related to cryptocurrencies and blockchain projects

Has AML knowledge and relevant qualification(s)

Understands the fundamentals of international corporate law, compliance, and financial regulations

Key Responsibilities:

• Build the company’s financial function and internal processes considering its international structure
• Financial planning, budgeting, and P&L management
• Tax optimisation in line with the requirements of Ukraine, Cyprus, the UK, and the EU
• Manage financial flows between entities in different jurisdictions
• Develop policies and procedures, automate financial processes
• Oversee the preparation and submission of financial reports in each country of operation
• Manage risks and ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and other relevant regulations
• Participate in strategic planning and support business decision-making from a financial perspective
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, legal and tax consultants

• Manage a team of accountants and finance professionals in multiple countries

   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance in an international environment
• Practical experience in preparing and submitting tax and financial reports
• Strong knowledge of business structuring, financial planning, and optimisation principles
• AML certification — a plus
• Experience in launching or transforming the finance function — a plus
• English — Upper-Intermediate+
• Basic knowledge of tax, corporate, and international law
• Experience in IT or iGaming companies — a plus

• ACCA certification — a plus

● Design, develop, and maintain existing and new software solutions.

Requirements

Must-have:

● Solid experience with .NET (C#) and ASP.NET Web Forms/Core.
 

● Understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and software design patterns.

● Understanding of REST API and JSON.
 

● Experience working with Git or other version control systems.

Основні обов’язки:

• Забезпечення повного та ефективного використання клієнтами наших SaaS-продуктів та сервісів.
• Проведення онбордингу нових клієнтів, супровід під час інтеграції, допомога у впровадженні.
• Регулярна комунікація з клієнтами з метою виявлення потреб, викликів і потенційних ризиків.
• Моніторинг активності клієнтів, аналіз показників використання продукту, підготовка операційної та аналітичної звітності.
• Виявлення можливостей для розширення співпраці (upsell/cross-sell), ініціювання стратегічних сесій із клієнтами.
• Співпраця з командами продажів, підтримки та продукту для досягнення максимального рівня задоволеності клієнтів.
• Підготовка QBR (квартальних бізнес-оглядів) з фокусом на ROI, прогрес та майбутні плани.

• Превентивне виявлення ризиків відтоку клієнтів та впровадження ініціатив для їх уникнення.

   

Вимоги до кандидата:

• Досвід роботи на позиції Customer Success Manager, Account Manager або аналогічній у B2B середовищі, бажано у сфері gambling / betting.
• Практичний досвід побудови довгострокових партнерських відносин із клієнтами та роботи з ключовими клієнтами
• Розуміння принципів SaaS-моделі, циклу життя клієнта, метрик активності (adoption, retention, churn).
• Володіння інструментами CRM (Pipedrive), Google Workspace та навичками аналізу у електронних таблицях.
• Досвід підготовки стратегічної та операційної звітності для клієнтів і керівництва.
• Вільне володіння українською та англійською мовами (не нижче рівня B2).

• Вміння фокусуватися на виконанні задач згідно пріоритетам.
