We’re looking for an experienced SEO specialist to help Beetroot create more impact globally.

Beetroot is rebooting its marketing efforts in Europe’s new reality and is looking for a skilled search engine marketer who will take our impact to the next level, globally. You will be responsible for SEO within the software development company Beetroot, spanning several international markets. 

Your work is an essential part of improving our muscles long-term to create good change in the world. 

What you'll do in this role  

• Create and manage a SEO strategy together with the Marketing Team
• Work with SEO KPIs and tools for their measurement
• Do the ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
• SEO analysis of the market and competitors
• Providing SEO briefs for the copy; work with Content Writers to drive SEO in content creation
• Develop and implement a link-building strategy
• Prepare and implement SEO requirements and technical tasks by working closely with the Development Team to ensure SEO best practices
• Performance tracking and opportunities analysis
• Work with beetroot.se and beetroot.co sites
• Work with optimization for AI searches and agents

We're looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in SEO. Preferably in the following niches: tech, outsourcing, EdTech, HealthTech, or GreenTech
• Solid understanding of performance marketing and online customer acquisition
• Open mindset that enjoys a collaborative approach to solving complex challenges and open questions
• Strong self-management skills
• Curiosity and passion for what you do
• Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English

We’re looking for a Generative AI Expert to help our Israeli client implement GenAI tools, automate processes and optimize the way they work.

As a Generative AI Expert, you’ll drive the adoption and optimization of generative AI tools across client’s marketing workflows. In this role, you’ll be responsible for implementing AI-driven content creation, personalizing campaigns, automating marketing processes, and experimenting with the latest AI innovations to boost performance. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into strategy, execution, and analytics.

What you'll do in this role  

AI Tool Strategy & Management

• Evaluate, implement, and maintain generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, Midjourney, N8N, Clay) to support content creation and marketing workflows.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure secure, scalable AI tool usage.

Content Generation & Personalization

• Use AI to create or enhance blog posts, email campaigns, landing pages, ads, and sales collateral tailored to various personas and funnel stages.
• Implement prompt engineering strategies to maximize output quality and brand consistency.

Marketing Automation & Workflow Optimization

• Identify repetitive marketing tasks (e.g., lead scoring, segmentation, reporting) and design AI-driven automation processes using tools like Zapier, Make, or HubSpot Workflows.
• Develop and maintain custom scripts or low-code tools to streamline marketing operations.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales to co-develop personalized campaigns and nurture flows.
• Support data-driven decision-making by integrating AI tools into analytics and reporting processes.

Experimentation & Innovation

• Run rapid experiments to test AI use cases in campaign optimization, A/B testing, SEO enrichment, and user behavior modeling.
• Stay ahead of generative AI trends and ensure our marketing team leverages the most impactful innovations.

We're looking for

• Proven experience in a marketing, growth, or operations role, ideally within a tech environment.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, Midjourney, N8N, or Clay.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, Make, or similar).
• Solid understanding of prompt engineering and its impact on content quality and consistency.
• Experience creating and personalizing marketing assets such as blog posts, landing pages, emails, and sales collateral.
• Competence in low-code/no-code tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to integrate AI into data analysis and reporting workflows.
• Up-to-date knowledge of trends and best practices in generative AI and marketing technology. 
• Creative problem-solver who thrives on experimentation and innovation.
• Collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams, excellent communication skills. 
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English knowledge.

Over the past two years, our client has been actively developing a SaaS solution that helps users make data-driven decisions in the field of research and development. We are currently looking for a backend engineer to join the development team. We’re seeking someone with experience in backend web development and a strong interest in working with data-intensive workloads.

What you'll do in this role
