    Knowledge and skills

     

    Ability to plan and prioritize tasks;

    Ability to multitask and quickly change priorities;

    The ability to understand the specifics of the program without using technical documentation;

    Ability to work with the issue tracking system (Jira);

    Ability to select and describe programming methods for describing tickets for developers;

    Understand the principles and features of communication with developers and customers;

    Understanding the principles of client-server interaction;

    Knowledge of English at an intermediate level and above.

     

     

    Functional responsibilities

     

    Providing support to customers of the system on working days, from Monday to Friday.

    Reception and processing of requirements and project requests from the client or CEO in the Awery support system, client chats, individual chats with individual managers representing the interests of the client;

    Response to the client about the timing of the application ;

    Distribution of applications for further processing of PM;

    Writing tickets indicating the method for the developer\tester\designer;

    Keep customers up to date with the request.

    Work schedule Mon-Fri 10:00—18:30 (flexible schedule possible).

    Working hours of the support department from 8.00 to 21.00. Shift schedule by agreement.

    • Development and maintenance of the relevance of test designs;
    • Creation of testing artifacts, transfer of results to management.
    • Acceptance testing of versions.
    • Specification testing.
    • Drawing up plans, test scripts, writing TestCase.
    • Writing documentation.
    • Interaction with developers.

    What is important for this role

    4+ years of experience in a QA role.

    Experience with debugging tools: Firebug, Google Chrome DevTools, Charles, Postman, etc;

    Basic knowledge of Web technologies (protocols, services) HTTP, TCP/IP;

    Understanding and skills in using Scrum and Kanban frameworks, Agile principles.

    Ability to create competent testing scripts;

    Experience in creating and maintaining up-to-date test documentation (checklists/test cases);

    Knowledge and understanding of the basic principles of client-server application architecture;

    Understanding the software life cycle.

    Responsibility, stress resistance.

    Understanding the goals and objectives of testing.

    Knowledge of types and types of testing.

    Ability to write documentation.

    Basic understanding of APIs.

    Ability to use the console.

    Ability to use the Jira bug tracking system.Will be a plus:

    • basic knowledge of SQL;
    • basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

    • Basic programming skills / test automation experience (Selenium);
    • Experience with GIT;
    • English at Intermediate level (oral and written)
