We are looking for a System Administrator who wants to grow into a DevOps role, for a long-term project on a full-time basis.

Position Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux servers and workstations, ensuring system reliability, performance, and security.

• Management and configuration of network services and devices, including routers and switches, with a focus on MikroTik products.

• Performing routine system maintenance, backups, and disaster recovery.

• Implementing network security measures, managing firewalls, and configuring VPNs and proxies (VLESS, Shadowsocks) to protect confidential data.

• Working with virtualization based on Proxmox.

• Managing containers (Docker, LXC).

• Administering services at a system administrator level, including RocketChat, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), and GitLab.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a System Administrator, with in-depth knowledge of Linux environment management.

• Significant experience working with MikroTik routers and switches, including configuration and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).

• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of network protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS) and network security best practices will be an advantage.

Основні обов’язки:

• Проєктування та автоматизація управління інфраструктурою за допомогою Terraform і Ansible.
• Використання Docker для контейнеризації, включаючи запуск Ansible та Terraform (написання Dockerfiles та docker-compose конфігурацій).
• Розгортання та керування Kubernetes-кластерами в автоматизованому режимі за допомогою Kubespray і MetalLB.
• Налаштування та підтримка CI/CD-pipelines з використанням GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI.
• Проєктування та впровадження хмарних рішень, переважно на базі AWS і GCP.
• Написання автоматизаційних скриптів мовами Python, Bash або Go.
• Розробка та управління Helm charts та конфігураціями helmfile для оптимізації ресурсів застосунків.
• Проведення регулярних аудитів безпеки, виявлення вразливостей та їх усунення.
• Моніторинг і аналіз продуктивності систем за допомогою Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog.

• Підтримка бізнес-операцій: усунення технічних проблем, розробка та впровадження інноваційних рішень.

   

Вимоги:

• Глибоке розуміння та практичний досвід роботи з хмарними сервісами AWS, GCP.
• Досвід роботи з Docker і запуску автоматизаційних інструментів у контейнерах.
• Експертне володіння Terraform і Ansible у контексті Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
• Знання Cloudflare та CloudFront для керування контентом і DNS.
• Високий рівень адміністрування Linux.
• Досвід роботи з Proxmox, OpenStack для керування віртуальними серверами.
• Вміння налаштовувати та оптимізувати CI/CD-pipelines.
• Знання мов скриптування Python, Bash або Go.
