Affiliate Technical Integrator

About Us

We are an international IT company with over 5 years of experience in the traffic arbitrage industry. Our global team includes more than 1,000 professionals, and we’re growing rapidly. We're currently looking for a skilled Technical Integrator to strengthen our team and help scale internal systems and services.

Your Responsibilities:

-Maintain and develop existing integrations and internal systems

-Monitor the performance of services and quickly resolve incidents

-Work with APIs, postbacks, tracking platforms, and partner systems

-Participate in testing and development of new solutions

-Create and maintain technical documentation

-Collaborate with other departments (Affiliate, Dev, Support, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

-Experience working in iGaming industry

-Solid understanding of how web servers work, hands-on experience with nginx

-Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+) including Fetch, Promise, async/await

-Familiarity with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML

-Experience using Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools for API testing

-Knowledge of monitoring tools like Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus

-Strong English skills (must be able to read and understand technical documentation)

-Experience with Git version control systems

📋 Твої задачі:

• Пошук і рекрутинг спеціалістів на позиції Media Buyer, Affiliate Manager, Farmer та інші суміжні ролі.
• Проведення інтерв'ю, оцінка навичок та мотивації кандидатів.
• Погодження умов з hiring-менеджерами та супровід офферів.
• Тісна співпраця з тім-лідом рекрутингу та робота за ефективними методиками найму.

🎯 Наш ідеальний кандидат:

• Досвід у рекрутингу в ніші арбітражу/affiliate marketing від 1 року.
• Навички активного пошуку та переконання кандидатів ("продаж вакансії").
• Креативність у використанні різних каналів пошуку.
• Бажання працювати з сильними фахівцями й розвиватися разом із командою.
• Англійська — від B1+ (B2 буде перевагою).

🧘 Що пропонуємо:.

• Графік: 9:00–18:00 або 10:00–19:00.
• Оплачувані овертайми, лікарняні та відпустка кожні 6 місяців.
• Необхідна техніка — за запитом.
• Робота в команді під керівництвом тім-ліда, який закриває 15+ вакансій щомісяця.
