Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a Back-End or Full-Stack Engineer who is currently in a CTO or senior technical leadership role in a company operating within the following industries:

• CRM
• ERP
• Outreach Automation
• AI Solutions

Ideally, your current or former company integrates multiple communication channels (email, text, social media) for user engagement. We’re particularly interested in candidates from companies like People.ai, Salesloft, Outreach.io, or similar, who have experience driving technical growth and innovation at the intersection of AI and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Architecture & Development: Design and build scalable, reliable back-end services for our AI-powered outreach platform.
• AI Integration: Collaborate with the data science team to embed AI models for personalized messaging and interactions.
• Leadership: Set the technical direction and lead the engineering efforts to deliver a robust, scalable platform.
• Product Development: Partner with the CEO to bring product concepts to life and establish technical solutions that align with the company’s growth plan.
• Performance & Security: Ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability of the platform’s infrastructure and APIs.
• Multi-Channel Communication: Develop features that enable seamless outreach across email, LinkedIn, SMS, and other platforms.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Technical Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a CTO, Senior Engineer, or Technical Lead in a product-focused tech company.
• Expertise in CRM, ERP, Outreach Automation, or AI Solutions.
• Hands-on Development Skills: Strong knowledge of back-end and front-end technologies (Node.js, Python, React, etc.).
• Experience integrating AI-driven solutions into products, particularly in outreach or customer engagement.
• Ability to scale products for large data sets and user interactions across multiple channels.
• Experience working with People.ai, Salesloft, Outreach.io, or similar companies is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately and timely process payments via various payment systems (including international transfers and cryptocurrency transactions);
• Optimize transaction costs and fees;
• Prepare regular cash flow and treasury reports;
• Control budget execution and cash flow plans;
• Liaise with banks, payment providers, and internal departments.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Treasurer or in a similar role;
• Solid experience with international payments and cryptocurrency operations;
• Industry background in telecommunications, iGaming, or fintech is highly desirable;
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills;
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial control principles;
• Proficiency in Excel and payment platforms;
• Fluent in English and Russian (both verbal and written).
