An international company providing transport and logistics services in the USA is inviting applications for the role of Customer Operations Manager — USA Market.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control the cargo transportation process.
• Communicate with English-speaking brokers and drivers via phone.
• Handle calls and resolve delivery-related issues with creativity and patience.
• Manage emails and respond promptly to requests.
• Perform tasks in the CRM system.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation.

Requirements:

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Analytical thinking and flexibility in decision-making.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Responsibility for own results and a desire for continuous improvement.
• High motivation for personal and professional growth.

Available shifts:

• Day shift: 15:00 AM — 01:00 AM (4/4)
• Day shift: 15:00 AM — 01:00 AM (5/2)
• Morning shift: 09:00 AM — 19:00 PM (5/2)

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

   

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate rates and close deals with U.S. customers.
• Coordinate shipments and communicate with drivers and carriers.
• Track loads, troubleshoot issues, and ensure on-time deliveries.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation in the system.

• Base pay $1200 + bonuses in USD.

• Work Hours: 3 PM - 1 AM, Monday-Friday (in-office from 3 PM to 9 PM, then remote until 1 AM).
