Aspichi is an innovative US software engineering company with a solid presence in Ukraine. We’re obsessed with spatial (360) video, VR, and AI technologies. A proprietary mix of those technologies and deep expertise in psychology resulted in the creation of Luminify, the primary product of Aspichi.

Luminify allows the scaling of psychological services for clinics, rehabilitation centers, enterprises, and military forces more than 100 times. Luminify is clinically verified and used in more than 60 clinics in the USA and Ukraine. Ukrainian clinics are supported free of charge as part of Aspichi charity activity.

We’re working on the engineering solution to overcome the mental health catastrophe in Ukraine and the global unacknowledged pandemic of psychological disorders. Almost 1 Billion people worldwide are suffering from mental disorders, and only 10% have access to professional therapy.

We’re constantly exploring new technologies, conducting scientific research, and collaborating with leading universities. Luminify is being developed based on unique and big data collected about the behavior of people with mental disorders.

    Requirements:

    • At least 5+ years of experience as Head or HRD in IT companies.
    • Experience in building HR and recruitment processes from scratch.
    • Understanding of personnel and military record-keeping.
    • Hands-on experience in recruiting for diverse roles.
    • Proficiency in English at an B2 level or higher

    Responsibilities:

    • Full-cycle recruitment.
    • Development and implementation of HR processes in the company.
