We are actively seeking a Project Manager to become an integral part of our rapidly expanding team. This individual will play a key role in managing projects and ensuring their successful execution in alignment with our growth objectives.

What you will need to do:

• Organization of work on projects (from obtaining requirements to launching the finished product)
• Analysis of requirements for new products, proposals for optimization and improvement
• Work in a design team, participation at all stages
• Building friendly relationships with clients
• Participation in the Upsale process
• Quality control and deadlines for completing tasks
• Communication with the client's team, organization of rallies

Requirements:

• Experience from 1-3 years
• Experience in managing a team of 5 or more people
• Knowledge of digital product design principles
• Expertise in UX/UI
• Ability to plan and follow the proposed plan
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication skills with foreign clients and team
• English Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Practical upsale skills
• Readiness and desire to engage in self-development

Will be a plus:

• Hands-on experience in online marketing and/or sales
• Successful experience in launching several B2B, B2C products
• Hands-on experience in creating VP and BM

• Creating websites, landing pages;

• Redesign and enhancement of an existing website;
• Creation of icons, schemes, layouts of various degrees of complexity;

• Knowledge of Figma, AI, PS;
• Content management skills;
• Strong experience in UI design;
• Understanding the process of web design and UI design;
• Shape brand identity including colors, typography, layout, etc.;

• Experience in applying prototyping tools and exceptional skills in prototype development;
• Exceptional knowledge and application of typography;
