    ArmsLength AI is a niche tax SaaS used by the top world tax advisory firms to automate transfer pricing benchmarking. We’re a small, product-focused team (two founders + one developer) and we’re now looking for our first Growth / Marketing Operations Specialist to help us build a repeatable growth engine.

     

    What you’ll own

     

    You’ll be responsible for turning our founder-led growth into a simple, consistent system:

    1. Outbound motion

    • Build and maintain target account and contact lists (tax / transfer pricing firms, MNEs)
    • Set up and run email + LinkedIn sequences
    • Coordinate follow-ups and ensure no leads “leak” from the funnel

    2. Webinars & campaigns

    • Plan and execute webinar campaigns (invites, reminders, follow-up)
    • Turn each webinar into a proper funnel: attendees → follow-ups → demos
    • Help structure basic nurture flows for leads and registrants

    3. Content & calendar

    • Repurpose existing content (webinars, decks, posts) into emails and LinkedIn posts
    • Maintain a simple content/calendar plan for founders (what gets posted and when)

    4. CRM & reporting

    • Keep contacts, deals, and activities up to date in a light CRM
    • Prepare basic funnel reports (demos, win rates, source of leads, reply rates)

     

    What we’re looking for

     

    Must have:

    • 2–4 years experience in B2B SaaS or IT services marketing/growth
    • Hands-on with: outbound email tools, LinkedIn outreach, and a basic CRM
    • Comfortable working in English (our clients are global)
    • You like structure, lists, and clear follow-up — and you’re happy to execute, not just “own the strategy”

    Nice to have:

    • Experience with professional services / consulting audiences
    • Familiarity with tools like Lemlist, Sales Navigator
    • Prior work in a small/startup team where you had to figure things out yourself
