    We’re seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to drive engineering efforts from concept to release. You’ll work closely with Product Management to turn business requirements into technical solutions, either implementing them directly or guiding your team. As a leader, you’ll ensure high-quality, scalable systems.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    Technical Leadership:
    Collaborate with Product Management to define technical solutions.
    Establish coding standards and ensure best practices across development.

     

    Full-Stack Development:
    Develop features using C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
    Optimize both server-side and client-side performance.

     

    Database Management:
    Design and optimize databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) for performance and reliability.

     

    Team Mentorship:
    Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and encourage continuous learning.

     

    Cloud & Architecture:
    Lead decisions on scalability, security, and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure).
    Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

     

    Required Skills & Experience:

    7+ years in full-stack development (C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL/NoSQL).
    Experience with microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
    3+ years in technical leadership, code reviews, and project management.

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.
    Agile/Scrum experience and open-source contributions.
