Now we are looking for a Billing Manager to join our team
What you’ll do:
- Maintaining and developing the billing infrastructure of our web projects
- Monitoring of key indicators affecting billing efficiency: authorization rate, monitoring of risk metrics, including detailed analytics
- Negotiating with payment providers
- Setting tasks for the development team and supporting it
- Close work with product managers, support team, financiers, management and with the development team

Your professional qualities:
- 1+ years of experience as Billing Manager/Support Manager
- Experience with chargebacks, refunds
- Interest in billing/payments and desire to develop in this niche
- Analytical mindset and systematic approach to completing tasks
- Independence, formulation of hypotheses and proposals for solving assigned problems
- Proactivity and focus on finding new ideas to improve the financial performance of the project
- English — at least Upper Intermediate is a must
Will be a plus:
- Experience in the financial or banking sector
- Experience working with payment systems
- Understanding of unit economics and data driven decision-making methodology
- Skill in creating technical requirements for developers and running A/B tests
- Experience in negotiations with clients/contractors

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Customer Support Agent to join our team. Our support agent is the link between users and the team, the communicator, and the product representative
Your professional qualities:
- 1+ years of experience as Customer Support Manager in B2C (preferable) or B2B areas
- English — at least strong Upper Intermediate
- Experience in Zendesk or any other familiar systems
- Experience with payments systems and refunds will be a plus
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Responsible and attentive to details
- Experience in using AI for resolve work issues
- Possibility to work in floating working hours
What you’ll do:
- Effectively address customer inquiries via live chats, emails, and tickets in Zendesk

- Maintain knowledge base articles and ensure the information on the website is up to date when new features and functionality are released
