    About the role:

    Weโ€™re looking for a Creative Producer who will own the creative production process and act as the main point of contact between clients and our creative and media buying teams.

    This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to analyze data to develop high-performing creative strategies.


    Responsibilities:

    • Manage multiple famous worldwide projects at a time
    • Collaborate with creative teams and vendors across Applica Agency to produce compelling ad creatives from analysis and planning to delivery
    • Experience in conducting Ad Creatives Market research via spy tools and open sources
    • Experience in arranging creative ideas generation flow, leading the brainstorming sessions, and ideation
    • Experience in the tasksโ€™ prioritization, ensuring on-time deliveries
    • Ability to provide clear feedback to the artists and vendors on the visual layouts
    • Ability to analyze the User Acquisition metrics and make DATA driven decisions on the ad creatives production
    • Keep the agency clients up to date on the ad production progress via verbal and written communication
    • Find new ways to improve the production & service pipelines
    • Maintain your team and other related resources


    About you:

    • Have at least 2 years of animation production experience
    • Understand video storytelling in a short format
    • Comfort with a highly iterative creative process, able and willing to try things quickly and learn from each pass
    • Ability to think creatively and produce superb work under tight deadlines.
    • Can navigate within different areas of animation production, including color correction/grading, audio syncing/cleanup, and exporting/transcoding different file formats
    • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

    We're looking for a Product Manager or Product Analyst who enjoys understanding user behaviour and turning insights into measurable growth. At Applica, you'll work across a portfolio of top-performing mobile apps, designing experiments and developing strategy through research, data analysis, and clear communication.

    We're a low-bureaucracy, high-ownership environment where you'll have real impact across multiple app categories. If you thrive on the ideate-test-learn cycle, this role offers the opportunity to influence product decisions that reach millions of users.

    What you bring
     

    Essential experience:

    • 2+ years as a Product Manager or Product Analyst, ideally with mobile apps
    • Hands-on experience with user research, product analytics, and A/B testing (you know how to design experiments, segment users, and actually interpret what the data is telling you)
    • Track record of driving improvements in activation, retention, engagement, and subscription monetisation
    • Proficiency with analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, Tableau, or Looker
    • Experience with A/B testing platforms such as Firebase, Statsig, Superwall, or similar (and you know about remote config)
    • Strong communication skills in English - you can tell compelling stories with data
    • Solid presentation abilities and stakeholder management (you know how to get buy-in without drowning people in details)
    • Experience working cross-functionally with designers, developers, and marketers
       

    Nice to have:

    • Project or account management experience, especially in consulting or multi-client environments

    • Client partnership: Handle client relationships and account management
