The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of marketing and communication materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
Design and Production:
- Ability to take projects from concept to completion, exploring a range of solutions and getting design team and stakeholder feedback along the way.
- Design and optimize advertising and marketing materials for various activities and online campaigns, ensuring they drive conversions and align with Apomedicalβs brand identity. This includes banners, event materials, newsletters, landing pages, social media posts, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand goals, and strategize effective visual communication approaches
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute design projects.
Branding and Identity:
- Maintain and enhance the companyβs brand identity through consistent and innovative design.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelorβs degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in a professional design environment, with experience creating assets for a variety of digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and web.
