Role Purpose

You will own the integration connector that links our trading platform to the backend systems powering our introducing-broker and partner program. This connector is the source of truth for moving trading and account data out of MetaTrader 5 and into the services that calculate and present partner activity, so its correctness, latency, and resilience directly shape what partners see and how they are rewarded. When this layer is reliable, the rest of the partner experience simply works; when it is not, the impact is immediate and visible, which is why this is a senior, ownership-heavy role.

Day to day you will design, build, and harden .NET/C# services that synchronise data between MetaTrader 5 and our backend, expose it cleanly to the partner platform, and stay healthy under production load. You will work closely with a primarily Java microservices backend team, agreeing on contracts and integration patterns across language boundaries, and partner with product and operations to keep data flows accurate and observable. You will work remotely within a focused product team and be expected to lead technically on everything connector-related, from design through production support. Beyond the connector, you will also extend our Power Platform (Dataverse) CRM with custom C# plugins, applying your .NET skills across both the trading-integration and CRM sides of the platform.

Role Purpose

You will own quality for the backend services and web front-ends behind our introducing-broker / partner program and our payments flows — the systems that move client money and calculate the commissions our partners are paid. In this domain correctness is not negotiable: a deposit that posts twice, a withdrawal that stalls, or a rebate that miscalculates erodes trust and has real financial consequence. Your job is to make sure these systems do exactly what they should, every time, across releases.

You will combine test design, hands-on exploratory testing and automation, working close to the code on a Java microservices backend and React front-ends. Day to day you partner with developers, product and other engineers within a focused, remote product team — joining refinement early to shape testability, validating behaviour against databases and event flows, and building the automated coverage that lets the team ship confidently. We work automation-first — using k6 for API and service-level testing and AI-assisted tooling such as Claude Code to move faster — and you will help push that further. You report into engineering and act as the quality voice for your team.

This is money-movement software, so correctness, idempotency, traceability and reliability are the standard, not aspirations. You own the architecture, the technical direction and the delivery accountability for a domain where a single mishandled transaction is a real problem for a real client.

This is a hands-on, coding team lead role. You will spend meaningful time in a Java and Spring Boot microservices codebase, with enough React and TypeScript to lead a fullstack team across the payment journeys clients and operations staff actually use. Day to day you balance writing and reviewing code, shaping the architecture, and growing the engineers around you, working closely with product, operations and other engineering teams to ship reliable payment flows. The team works remotely and you report to the CTO.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will still write and review Java every week while owning the team's architecture, technical direction and end-to-end delivery. Experienced 2nd-Line Support Engineer (Trading Platform)

Role Purpose

As a 2nd-Line Support Engineer, you own the technical investigation and resolution of production issues on a live online trading platform. Sitting between 1st-line support and engineering, you take escalations across the trading, payments, and introducing-broker (IB) / partner systems, reproduce and triage problems, perform root-cause analysis, and drive each issue to a resolution or a clean, well-documented hand-off. In a brokerage where clients trade CFDs/FX in real time and money moves through deposits and withdrawals, fast and accurate diagnosis directly protects client trust and revenue.

Day to day you work hands-on: reading application logs, querying relational databases with SQL to verify what actually happened to an order, payment, or partner record, writing light scripts to gather evidence, and watching monitoring dashboards and alerts to catch issues before clients do. You run incidents calmly, keep stakeholders informed in clear non-technical language, and escalate to engineering only when needed, with findings documented well enough that an engineer can pick up where you left off. You collaborate closely with 1st-line support, product teams, and backend engineers, and you work remotely as part of a distributed support function reporting into engineering/support leadership.

Working Hours & Coverage

This is a shift-based role. We run a three-engineer rota that keeps our support desk covered across extended hours, Monday to Friday, for a live trading platform. We are now hiring for the two shifts:
 

- Evening shift: 17:00–02:00 CET

- Night shift: 01:00–10:00 CET
 

You will be assigned to one of these shifts, and we ask that you state which one you can commit to when you apply. The shifts are designed to overlap by about an hour at each handover, so issues are passed over live between engineers rather than only through written notes. The role is fully remote, but your working hours must reliably and consistently overlap your assigned shift in CET/EET, so we are looking for candidates in compatible timezones. Reasonable rotation between the evening and night shifts, and occasional weekend cover, may apply.

You will own the web interfaces at the heart of our payments experience: the deposit and withdrawal journeys clients rely on, the screens where they track payment status and history, and the back-office tooling our operations teams use to monitor and resolve payment activity. Money movement leaves no room for ambiguity, so the quality of the UI you build directly shapes client trust and operational efficiency.

Day to day you will work in a focused, cross-functional product team, turning designs and API contracts into polished, accessible Next.js applications. You will partner closely with backend engineers integrating a gRPC-based backend through Next.js route handlers, with designers on usable and consistent interfaces, and with product and operations on requirements and edge cases.
