About the Role 

We’re looking for a CRM Associate to join our marketing automation team and take ownership of campaign execution, lifecycle communications, and promotional strategy across our trading platform. 

This role is hands-on. You’ll be building, launching, and optimizing campaigns inside Braze, while shaping how we communicate with users across the full lifecycle — from onboarding to retention and reactivation. 

What You’ll Do 

Campaign Execution 

• Build and launch campaigns across push, email, in-app, and SMS using Braze  
• Set up user journeys, segmentation, and triggers based on behavior  
• QA and monitor campaigns to ensure accuracy and performance  

Lifecycle Management 

• Own key lifecycle flows: onboarding, activation, retention, churn prevention  
• Identify drop-offs in the user journey (signup → deposit → first trade → active)  
• Continuously optimize flows to improve conversion and engagement  

Promotions & Communication Strategy 

• Own promotional calendar and execution (bonuses, offers, incentives)  
• Define how and when we communicate key messages to users  
• Align promos with user behavior (e.g. post-loss, inactivity, low balance)  
• Work closely with Growth team on campaign ideas and testing  

Data & Optimization 

• Track performance (CTR, conversion, retention, LTV impact)  
• Run A/B tests on messaging, timing, and offers  
• Generate insights and iterate quickly  

What We’re Looking For 

• 1–3 years experience in CRM / lifecycle marketing / marketing automation  
• Hands-on experience with Braze (or similar tools like Iterable, Customer.io, etc.)  
• Strong understanding of segmentation, triggers, and user journeys  
• Data-driven mindset (comfortable reading campaign performance and iterating)  
• Detail-oriented — zero tolerance for broken campaigns  
• Fast executor — able to launch and iterate quickly 

About Us

Anttix is a software development company focused on technology solutions for CFD brokers and financial services. We’re building our own CRM platform using Power Apps (model-driven) and Dataverse as the core data layer, integrating it tightly with trading, KYC, payments, and marketing systems.

We work in small, senior teams that ship fast, don’t tolerate unnecessary bureaucracy, and care about building systems that actually get used in production.

We’re looking for a PowerApps / Power Platform Developer who can own configuration, integrations, and deployments across our Power Platform stack.

Responsibilities

• Design and build model-driven Power Apps for our in-house CRM, including tables, forms, views, business rules, and security roles in Dataverse.
• Configure and manage Dataverse: data model, relationships, business rules, and environment strategy (Dev/Test/Prod).
• Implement automations with Power Automate: build, maintain, and optimize flows for CRM processes (onboarding, KYC, account updates, notifications, etc.).
• Set up and maintain Dataflows to inject data from 3rd-party systems (trading platforms, KYC providers, payment systems, marketing tools) into Dataverse.
• Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards on top of Dataverse and external data sources to support operations, risk, and management reporting.
• Handle configuration and deployments: solutions, managed/unmanaged solutions, environments, and ALM (using Git/Azure DevOps or similar).
• Work closely with business and tech teams (BA, backend, mobile) to translate requirements into concrete CRM features.
• Support production systems: troubleshoot issues, fix configuration problems, and improve reliability and performance of Power Platform components.
• Contribute to standards and best practices for Power Platform usage across the company.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with PowerApps / Power Platform, with a strong focus on model-driven apps and Dataverse.
• Solid experience configuring Dataverse: tables, relationships, forms, views, security roles, business rules.
• Proven experience with Power Automate to create and maintain flows for business process automation.
• Practical experience setting up and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards (including DAX basics, data modelling, and publishing).
• Experience configuring Dataflows / Power Query to ingest and transform data from external systems into Dataverse.
• Comfortable working in an Agile team (sprints, backlog, rapid iteration, direct feedback).
• Able to read and understand technical APIs/integration docs (REST/JSON, webhooks, etc.) and work with backend engineers on integrations.
• Strong attention to detail and a pragmatic approach: you ship working solutions, not just proof-of-concepts.
• Good spoken and written English.
