    About Us

    We are a fast-growing Amazon growth partner, helping 6–9 figure brands unlock their next stage
    of revenue with a powerful combination of unlimited creative testing and profit-focused PPC
    management. 

    Our Traffic & Conversion Program delivers what most brands can’t build
    in-house: a fully embedded creative growth division driving results month after month.

    We’re looking for a highly strategic and client-focused Account Manager (Growth CSM) to
    join our team. In this role, you’ll own client relationships end-to-end, and growth strategy into
    one seamless execution cycle.

    What You’ll Do

    As the Growth CSM, you’ll be the single point of accountability for your assigned accounts,
    driving both strategy and execution. Your responsibilities include:

    1. Creative Strategy
     

    • Audit listings and identify opportunities to boost CTR, CVR, and ranking
       
    • Create competitive content strategies for amazon creatives aimed at better results and performance
       
    • Translate Strategy into clear & actionable briefs for designers, photographers & videographers
       
    • Collaborate with internal design teams to deliver optimized creatives aligned with
      approved strategy
       
    • Quality Assurance of creatives before sending to client & giving actionable feedback to creative team to match the client expectations.



    2. Client Ownership & Communication
     

    • Serve as the primary mediator between the clients and creative team. Manage expectations & set priorities for the creative team.
       
    • Send bi-weekly updates to review results and align next steps
       
    • Keep priorities clear and manage project timelines


      3. Testing & Measuring Results
       
    • Launch and oversee creative A/B testing experiments (main images, listing images, A+,
      storefronts, copy, etc.)
       
    • Analyze and communicate experiment results to clients and internal creative teams via reports
       
    • Adjusting strategies and creative direction to build and maintain client KPIs (sales, conversion, CTR)
       

       What We’re Looking For
       
    •  Experience: 2+ years in strategic management of Creative Teams
       
    • Amazon Experience: understanding of Amazon creatives, Amazon PPC, listing optimization, and creative testing.
       
    • Mindset: both Creative and Data-driven, and comfortable leading both clients and internal creative teams
       
    • Communication: Exceptional client-facing skills - clear, professional, and persuasive.
       
    • Organization: Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize effectively, and keep projects on track.


      Compensation & Benefits

      Commission-based, with strong upside:

      20% commission on sale value per client, per month. (Increases to 30% if client stays for +3 Months)

      Opportunity for top project managers is promotion to Premium Traffic &Conversions clients with an earning potential being between $3,000 - $6,000

      USD monthly.
       

    • Bonuses: After probation period, eligible for monthly “CSM of the Month” bonuses ($100–$500).
       
    • Flexibility: Remote work with flexible hours (preferred 8am–6pm North American time).
       
    • Contract: Initial 3-month contract with opportunity to extend
