Зараз ми шукаємо в команду талановитого Strong Junior / Middle Wordpress-розробника, який допоможе швидко та якісно запускати нові сайти, впроваджувати сучасні рішення та покращувати наявні проєкти.

⚡️ Основні задачі:

• Інтеграція дизайну з Figma у Wordpress (верстка + «натяжка»);
• Робота з плагінами: WooCommerce, Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), Elementor, Yoast SEO;
• Створення Wordpress-тем з нуля, а також модифікація готових шаблонів;
• SEO-оптимізація сайтів, підготовка до запуску на європейському ринку;
• Оптимізація швидкості роботи сайтів (Core Web Vitals, Google PageSpeed);
• Адаптивна та кросбраузерна верстка (Desktop, Tablet, Mobile);
• Розгортання та налаштування проєктів на серверах, підтримка працездатності.

• Має практичний досвід роботи з Wordpress від 2-х років;
• Володіє HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/SCSS), JavaScript (jQuery);
• Має базові знання PHP, MySQL для ефективної роботи з Wordpress;
• Розуміє принципи верстки: responsive, cross-browser, pixel-perfect;
• Має досвід роботи з Figma (вміє точно втілювати дизайн у код);
• Вміє налаштувати сервер для запуску Wordpress-проєкту (домен, хостинг, SSL);
• Володіє навичками оптимізації сайтів під SEO та швидкість завантаження;
• Працює швидко, уважно, відповідально ставиться до дедлайнів;
• Вміє писати чистий, якісний код і самостійно розбиратися в нових технологіях.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Remote SEO Specialist to join our team. You will be the sole SEO expert in the company, with the potential to expand the team by hiring an outreach specialist if needed. This is an in-house position focused exclusively on our own e-commerce projects (not an agency or client work). Our business specializes in heating equipment, with a primary focus on the German market, while currently testing expansion into Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies for multiple e-commerce websites (around 10 projects in total, focusing on those with the best organic performance).
• Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimization to increase traffic and rankings.
• Manage and improve our PBN (Private Blog Network), including content creation and interlinking.
• Work on link-building strategies, including buying backlinks, outreach, and interlinking.
• Optimize technical SEO aspects (analytics setup, crawling, indexing, etc.).
• Collaborate with our in-house developer for complex technical tasks.
• Create and maintain an effective content strategy, including blogging and optimizing existing content.

• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

   

Requirements:

• Proven experience in international e-commerce SEO, preferably in European markets (Germany, Poland is a plus).
• Strong technical SEO knowledge (Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Experience with PBN management and link-building strategies.
• Ability to plan and execute SEO campaigns independently.
• Knowledge of content marketing, keyword research, and SERP optimization.
• Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Majestic, or similar SEO tools.
• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and optimize based on performance metrics.
• Understanding of Google algorithm updates and ranking factors.
• English proficiency at an intermediate level or higher is required; German and/or Polish would be a plus.

We are an e-commerce company managing a vast network of online stores, primarily focused on heating equipment. Our main traffic source is SEO, and our strategy involves launching multiple online stores with overlapping product assortments but completely unique branding. This approach allows us to create artificial competition within our own ecosystem and capture a larger market share.

All our stores are built on WooCommerce, and we are looking for a skilled Web Designer to join our team and create website designs at scale using Figma.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design e-commerce websites in Figma on an ongoing basis (3-4 designs per month).
• Maintain consistency with established design requirements while ensuring uniqueness across stores.
• Utilize references from similar niche stores to craft visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
• Combine elements from different stores and adapt them into a unified, branded layout.
• Ensure designs are delivered on time and adhere to provided guidelines.
• Work independently and efficiently while maintaining a high level of discipline.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in web design, particularly for e-commerce projects.
• Proficiency in Figma (experience with WooCommerce is a plus).
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a high-volume workflow.
• Strong sense of design consistency and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must provide examples of e-commerce stores they have designed, preferably ones that align in style and concept with our example.
