For this purpose we are looking for Senior DevOps Engineer.
 

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience with Kubernetes (AWS EKS).

- Experience with creating/managing a GitOps pipeline using ArgoCD.

- Experience with service mesh tools like Istio, LinkerD etc.

- 4+ years of experience with managing Linux-based systems, TCP/IP networking.

- 3+ years of experience with IaC and config management tools such as Terraform, Ansible.

- 3+ years of experience with AWS stack: VPC, IAM, EC2, RDS, Elasticache, Route53, Lambda etc.
 

Desirable:

- Hashicorp Vault in Kubernetes.

- Additional tools for Kubernetes: Karpenter, Calico, etc.

- Message brokers: NATS, Kafka.

- Databases: MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL.

- Monitoring/Alerting: Datadog, Grafana, OpsGenie.

Responsibilities:

Proactively participate in the platform development:

- manage Kubernetes;

- migrate from EC2 to Kubernetes;

- build new CI/CD pipelines based on Kubernetes;

- running applications in Kubernetes following security best practices;

- provide cost optimization plans;

- build proactive monitoring;

Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to:

- application development teams;

- junior DevOps teammates.

We are seeking a highly skilled Leading BI Engineer with expertise in Power BI to join our team. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of business intelligence reporting, from requirements gathering to the industrialization of report prototypes. The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder communication, technical problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with Data Engineers and other IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine business reporting requirements.

Required Hard Skills:

• Proficiency in Power BI: report design, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Expertise in data integration and ETL tools as well as experience of work with ERP raw data as data sources (1C, SAP).
• Strong SQL skills for querying and optimizing large datasets.
• Experience in designing and implementing data models for analytical purposes.
• Familiarity with various Data Platforms architectures, data warehousing concepts, OLAP as well as streaming analytics.
• Experience in technical documentation of BI processes and solutions.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.

Device Department займається розробкою пристроїв для безпеки й автоматизації. А також ставить перед собою серйозні виклики в таких напрямках: - Low-Power: пристрої мають працювати максимально довго від штатних батарей; - Собівартість: масовий продукт повинен залишатися в діапазоні середнього цінового сегмента; - DFM (Design for Manufacturing) і DFH (Design for Human): схемотехніку, корпуси та інші елементи має бути легко повторити в сотнях тисяч пристроїв на виробництві без втрати якості. Розробка переважно ведеться для STM32 (але є і інші MCU та SoC), з використанням Embedded C. Вже зібрано сильну експертизу й талановитих працівників із числа Hardware- та Embedded C-інженерів, промислових дизайнерів, конструкторів-механіків.

Завдання:

• розробляти схемотехнічні рішення та друковані плати для нових пристроїв Ajax
• працювати над покращенням існуючих пристроїв Ajax
• підбирати заміни компонентів, з описом необхідних для цього тестів
• робити первинну перевірку і відлагодження прототипів (bring up)
• доводити проекти до масового виробництва (10000+/місяць)

Ajax Systems is a full-cycle company working from idea generation and R&D to mass production and sales. We do everything: we produce physical devices (the system includes many different sensors and hubs), write firmware for them, develop the server part and release mobile applications. Not so long ago we released a new version of our Hub OS and named it Malevich, now we are looking for Lead Embedded Engineer who is ready to make our system better with us. For us never could be enough: there are still a lot of new functionality, sensors, features to make our system even cooler.

Required skills:
 

• Proven experience in developing embedded real-time applications for commercial products;
• Experience with different MCUs: STM32, Realtek;
• Excellent knowledge of embedded coding techniques, interfaces (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, RS485), and subsystems;
• Knowledge of working with HW tools: embedded engineers use oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters for debugging;

• Proven experience in short range devices development for commercial products;
• Understanding wireless technologies (e.g. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, LoRa, NB-IoT) and protocols stack;
• Work with RF tools to capture, transmit and analyze RF signals from/to radio broadcast. Vector network analyzer, signal generator, spectrum analyzer, software defined radio;
• Knowledge about circuit/block design of RF receiver/Transmitter, frequency synthesizer, mixers, digital signal processing, antennas arrays. Understand interferer and collision in RF, methodology of resolve conflicts in RF;
• Understands different modulation techniques (AM, FM, PM, ASK, FSK, PSK, QAM), understands emit RF spectrums depend of modulation, understands receiver sensitivity, budget of RF channel;

The System Analyst will ensure solutions are designed efficiently in terms of development effort, resource utilization, and long-term maintainability. Over time, this position may offer a growth path into a Data Engineer role or a Data Architect role.

Key Responsibilities:

    1) Technical Solution Analysis & Design

• Work closely with Data Engineers, BI Lead, and Data Analysts to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data architecture consistency, aligning solutions with best practices in corporate cloud Data Platforms
• Propose optimal data pipelines, data models, and integration patterns, balancing performance, cost, and maintainability.

• Define functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring solutions meet business and technical objectives.

  2) Data Architecture & Governance

• Maintain a deep understanding of data flows, dependencies, and platform functionalities across the enterprise data ecosystem.
• Assist in designing logical and physical data models to ensure data consistency, reusability, and performance.

• Support the enforcement of data governance, security, and compliance policies across corporate cloud Data Platforms.

  3) Light Data Engineering & Prototyping

• Develop and optimize simple data transformations, SQL queries, and pipeline configurations.
• Perform basic scripting and automation tasks to support engineering efforts.

• Contribute to data validation, profiling, and performance tuning initiatives.

  4) Solution Efficiency & Cost Optimization

• Assess the resource requirements (compute, storage, processing) of proposed solutions and recommend optimizations.
• Support the Lead Data Platform Engineer in identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement areas.

• Ensure solutions minimize technical debt and align with long-term data architecture strategy.

  5) Documentation & Collaboration

• Document data flows, solution designs, and integration points for transparency and maintainability.
• Work closely with business teams to clarify requirements while ensuring technical feasibility.

• Act as an intermediary between data engineers, data analysts and BI engineers, ensuring alignment on data definitions, transformations, and reporting logic.

   

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, system analysis, or data engineering support roles.
• Strong SQL skills, with experience in data modeling and query optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Databricks, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse, Snowflake, etc).
• Understanding of data pipeline orchestration, ETL/ELT processes, and integration frameworks.
• Exposure to SAP Data Sphere, SAP S4HANA, or enterprise data platforms (even at a conceptual level) will be a plus
• Basic experience in Python or Spark (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong analytical thinking with a structured approach to problem-solving and optimization.
