The product line includes control panels, motion detectors, opening detectors, flood prevention, fire detectors, street and home sirens, alarm buttons with the appliances control function, smart sockets, and relays.

Our infrastructure is a part of the product that is invisible to the end user, but critical to the life of the entire system. The safety of our users and their property depends on our uptime. We are constantly developing our cloud solutions and this requires automating our infrastructure, testing and improving its fault tolerance. For this purpose we are looking for Senior DevOps Engineer.
 

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience with Kubernetes (AWS EKS).

- Experience with creating/managing a GitOps pipeline using ArgoCD.

- Experience with service mesh tools like Istio, LinkerD etc.

- 4+ years of experience with managing Linux-based systems, TCP/IP networking.

- 3+ years of experience with IaC and config management tools such as Terraform, Ansible.

- 3+ years of experience with AWS stack: VPC, IAM, EC2, RDS, Elasticache, Route53, Lambda etc.
 

Desirable:

- Hashicorp Vault in Kubernetes.

- Additional tools for Kubernetes: Karpenter, Calico, etc.

- Message brokers: NATS, Kafka.

- Databases: MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL.

- Monitoring/Alerting: Datadog, Grafana, OpsGenie.

- Others: Terragrunt, JVM, Gradle.
 

Responsibilities:

Proactively participate in the platform development:

- manage Kubernetes;

- migrate from EC2 to Kubernetes;

- build new CI/CD pipelines based on Kubernetes;

- running applications in Kubernetes following security best practices;

- provide cost optimization plans;

- build proactive monitoring;

Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to:

- application development teams;

- junior DevOps teammates.

Availability is essential. Sometimes you will need to help with issues in production that are most critical (On-call duties).

• Marketing manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales to business-to-business partners in a dedicated region.

За розробку пристроїв у Ajax відповідає R&D, який складається з чотирьох департаментів: System, Device, Automation та QA.

Automation Department займається розробкою програмно-апаратних комплексів для тестування кожного пристрою в процесі виробництва, створює роботизовані лінії для автоматизації збирання та пакування. А також розробляє програмне забезпечення для прошивки пристроїв і керування виробництвом, що дає змогу оптимізувати витрати часу на виготовлення датчиків. Для цього використовують Python 3 та Embedded C.

Завдання:

• Повне ведення проектів від погодження вимог на автоматичне тестування/прошивку/калібрування пристрою до впровадження всіх етапів на мас. виробництво.
• Постановка і контроль виконання задач, контроль замовлення плат/комплектуючих і їх монтажу, між-командна взаємодія з девайс та препрод командами для релізу нових пристроїв, з тех. відділом виробництва - для масштабування розробленого обладнання.
• Проведення кік-оф та інших активностей, ведення мітінг-ноутс, контроль підготовки проектної документації, інструкцій по роботі з тестовим обладнанням, програмами.
• Траблшутінг по проектам, що вже запущені в виробництво.
• Допомога в процесах піпл менеджменту, тімбілдінгу.
• Ведення допоміжних проектів, потрібних для оптимізації/автоматизації процесів в команді, взаємодії між департаментами, оптимізації запуска пілотних партій, модернізації виробництва.

Необхідні навички та знання:

• 2+ роки комерційного досвіду як PM/BA/керівник з автоматизації виробництва
• Досвід успішного релізу декількох проектів, в тому числі повʼязаних з хардом. Чим різноманітніше, тим краще.

Device Department займається розробкою пристроїв для безпеки й автоматизації. А також ставить перед собою серйозні виклики в таких напрямках: - Low-Power: пристрої мають працювати максимально довго від штатних батарей; - Собівартість: масовий продукт повинен залишатися в діапазоні середнього цінового сегмента; - DFM (Design for Manufacturing) і DFH (Design for Human): схемотехніку, корпуси та інші елементи має бути легко повторити в сотнях тисяч пристроїв на виробництві без втрати якості. Розробка переважно ведеться для STM32 (але є і інші MCU та SoC), з використанням Embedded C. Вже зібрано сильну експертизу й талановитих працівників із числа Hardware- та Embedded C-інженерів, промислових дизайнерів, конструкторів-механіків.

Завдання:

• розробляти схемотехнічні рішення та друковані плати для нових пристроїв Ajax
• працювати над покращенням існуючих пристроїв Ajax
• підбирати заміни компонентів, з описом необхідних для цього тестів
• робити первинну перевірку і відлагодження прототипів (bring up)
• доводити проекти до масового виробництва (10000+/місяць)

Необхідні навички та знання:

• проектування схемотехніки пристроїв: розрахунок елементів схеми, проведення симуляцій роботи пристрою
• проектування друкованих плат у Altium Designer
• проектування пристроїв з урахуванням сертифікаційних вимог (LVD, EMC)
• проектування пристроїв з урахуванням вимог масового виробництва
• проектування низькоспоживаючих пристроїв
• проектування мережних пристроїв (230 VAC)
• оптимізація вартості пристроїв (уніфікація елементної бази, пошук альтернативних компонентів)
