Aimprosoft, a fast-growing outsourcing IT company, is expanding its staff and is looking to hire a Senior C++/Objective-C Developer on a contract basis ( ≈6 months) to work on a strategic project for a US B2С market client.

🎯About the project & role:

It is a cutting-edge cybersecurity project that establishes a highly secure environment for dedicated workstations. The project’s core mission revolves around fortifying virtual desktop infrastructure against vulnerabilities stemming from human-related factors.

This role involves the development and ongoing support of the project related to AI.

🔥What We Need From You:

• 4 years of C++ programming experience (modern C++ (C++14/17/20) expertise)
• Hands-on experience with Objective-C (knowledge of Objective-C standard libraries, Experience with cross-platform Objective-C / C++ development)
• Experience with browser engine development is a strong plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• English level — Intermediate+ (B1+)

Aimprosoft, a fast-growing outsourcing IT company, is expanding its staff and is looking to hire a Senior C++ / SIMD Developer on a contract basis ( ≈3 months) to work on a strategic telecommunications project. 

🎯About the project & role:  

This project is for a major telecom company, focused on enhancing and optimizing video compression techniques using neural networks. The core mission is to improve the accuracy of neural networks while optimizing their inference efficiency. 

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing neural network inference using SIMD instructions, including AVX2 and AVX-512, to significantly reduce model execution time. You will work on low-level performance tuning, leveraging vectorization and parallel processing techniques to enhance the efficiency of neural network computations. 

 
 
🔥What We Need From You: 

• 4+ years of experience in C++ development 
• Hands-on expertise with SIMD optimization, including AVX2 and AVX-512 
• Solid understanding of neural networks and their inference optimization 
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail 
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities 
• English proficiency at В1 (Intermediate) level or higher

Aimprosoft, a fast-growing outsourcing IT company, is expanding its staff and is looking to hire a Strong Middle / Senior Machine Learning Engineer to work on a strategic telecommunications project.  

🎯About the project & role:  

This project is for a major telecom company, focused on enhancing and optimizing video compression techniques using neural networks. The core mission is to improve the accuracy of neural networks while optimizing their inference efficiency. 

In this role, you will be responsible for training neural networks on large-scale datasets, fine-tuning hyperparameters, optimizing the training process, and refining overall neural network architecture to achieve better performance and efficiency. 

 
 
🔥What We Need From You: 

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. 
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. 
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher. 
• 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer. 
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and model architectures, especially for computer vision (CV). 
• Proficient in Python. 
• Extensive experience with PyTorch. 
• Hands-on experience with OpenCV and PIL (Pillow). 
• Experience using torchvision for image datasets and preprocessing in deep learning pipelines. 
• Proven ability to train and fine-tune neural networks on large-scale datasets (terabytes of training data). 
• Strong experience working with A100/H100 GPUs and distributed training clusters. 
• Experience with model conversion to ONNX, as well as quantization and model optimization. 
• Proficient in Git for version control.
