Part time engagement (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with clients and maintain strong relationships.
• Coordinate communication and collaboration across internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Create and maintain project documentation, processes and internal guidelines.
• Analyze and improve existing workflows and operational processes.
• Identify project risks and proactively propose solutions.
• Ensure project goals, timelines and deliverables are met
   

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile environments.
• Good understanding of Linear.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Monday.com, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Risk management and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• 1.5+ years of QA experience with web and mobile projects 
• Experience collaborating with development teams
• Ability to clearly document and report defects
• Experience preparing and participating in product demos is a plus
• Understanding of product thinking and the product lifecycle
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• English level: Strong B2+ or higher
   

Responsibilities:

• Validate completed tasks delivered by the development team
• Perform functional, flow and regression testing
• Identify and document defects
• Collaborate closely with the development team
• Prepare the product for demos
• Work alongside another QA Engineer
• Demonstrate a high level of ownership and initiative
