    Since 2023, we've been developing marketing strategies that help brands thrive in the world of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized technology.

    Responsibilities:  
    - Planning, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, Telegram Ads, and other platforms targeting Web3 audiences.  
    - Search and testing of alternative traffic sources (Reddit, Quora, CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, crypto forums).  
    - Work with advertising formats: PPC, CPM, CPL, SPA.  
    - Analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns, working with analytics and making adjustments.  
    - A/B testing of creatives, texts, and funnels.  
    - Interaction with the creative team to create effective banners and videos.  
    - Tracking trends in Web3 marketing and adapting strategies.  

    Requirements:  
    - Media Buyer experience in Web3/Crypto/Blockchain or FinTech sector.  
    - Ability to work with advertising accounts (Google Ads, Meta, Twitter, TikTok, Telegram Ads, etc.).  
    - Understanding of the peculiarities of the crypto market and the behavior of the Web3 audience.  
    - Analytics skills: working with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, internal platform analytics.  
    - Experience with anti-detection browsers, VPNs, and other tools for bypassing blocking.  
    - Intermediate+ English for communication and market analysis.  

    Will be a plus:  
    - Experience with crowd marketing in cryptocurrency communities.  
    - Knowledge of SEO and content marketing basics in Web3.  
    - Experience with advertising automation programs (Voluum, Keitaro).
