We are a tech startup creating and producing digital AI models for Tier-1 markets (USA, Europe). We have cutting-edge generative pipelines and a well-established infrastructure at our disposal. We are currently in an active scaling phase and are opening a position in our R&D Traffic Department.

We are looking for a smart enthusiast with a deep interest in AI models and their monetization. Your mission is to take full ownership of one specific traffic source (e.g., Twitter), study its algorithms inside and out, and build a systematic pipeline for attracting targeted traffic.
 

Why this role is for you: You won't be joining a ready-made system — you'll be building it with us. Our CEO will provide you with resources, test budgets, private training sessions, and consultations with niche market experts. What we expect from you is analytics, hands-on work, and the drive to take over an entire direction.

What you'll be doing:

• Research & R&D: Take specialized courses (which we pay for), read closed forums, and translate theory into practice.
• Manual work at the start: Manage a network of accounts via anti-detect browsers, warm up profiles, post daily, and interact with the audience (imitating a real human).
• Technical setup: Work with proxies, bypass social media rate limits, and prevent shadow bans.
• Analytics: Collect conversion data, find working “bundles” and content formats that generate the best response.
• Scaling: Once the manual approach proves profitable, help transfer the algorithm to automation (scripts/AI agents).
   

Who we're looking for:

• Passionate about the AI niche: You understand the virtual creator market, follow trends, and want to earn from it.
• Tech-savvy: You know (or can quickly learn) what an anti-detect browser, mobile proxy, User-Agent, and cookies are.
• English: Solid B2+ (reading Western forums, communicating in English with the audience on behalf of the model).
• Self-sufficient: You don't wait for every step to be spoon-fed. Account banned? ➡️ Go find the reason ➡️ Propose a new solution ➡️ Implement it.
   

Big pluses (not required):

• Proven experience in traffic generation (arbitrage) in grey/dating niches from sources like Reddit, Twitter, Tinder, Badoo, Bumble, Snapchat.
• Experience with Instagram, Threads, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms is an additional advantage.
   

Conditions:

• Format: Fully remote, full-time.
• Compensation: Base salary $400–$600/month (during the initial training and manual testing period) + later a % of profit (RevShare) or bonuses for hitting KPI targets on qualified leads.
• Career growth: Once you find a profitable approach and scale it stably, you can grow directly into a Team Lead role, building your own team for that traffic source.

About the Role

We are actively scaling our performance marketing operations through traffic acquisition and monetization.

Our Popunder + Native division is already profitable, with established processes, proven funnels, and stable traffic volumes.

 We are looking for a strong Team Lead who can take the business to the next level by scaling traffic volumes, increasing profitability, and building a highly efficient team structure.

Candidates with a combination of Ad Network and mainstream traffic experience (Meta, Google, In-App, etc.) are especially welcome. Experience in AI Dating, Companion Apps, Adult, or Dating verticals is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 4 Media Buyers focused on Popunder and Native traffic
• Scale traffic acquisition volumes and overall team profitability
• Develop and optimize Popunder funnels and Smartlink monetization strategies
• Create, launch, and oversee testing roadmaps and new growth hypotheses
• Collaborate closely with Optimization and Creative teams
• Mentor and develop Media Buyers, monitor KPIs, and drive performance improvements
• Establish strong team discipline, accountability, and transparent reporting processes
• Occasionally launch and manage campaigns hands-on when needed

Requirements

Must-Have

• Strong hands-on experience in Media Buying / Affiliate Marketing / Traffic Arbitrage
• Proven expertise with Popunder traffic
• Experience working with Adult and AI Dating / Companion verticals
• Deep understanding of advertising networks such as Clickadu, Adsterra, PropellerAds, and similar platforms
• Strong knowledge of Smartlink monetization and Popunder funnel mechanics
• Experience managing traffic volumes of at least $100k/month ($200k+/month is a strong advantage)
• Experience scaling profitable campaigns and managing teams, or a Senior Media Buyer ready to step into a leadership role

Nice to Have

• Experience with mainstream traffic sources such as Meta (Facebook), Google Ads, In-App, and similar channels
• Experience with CPA, CPI, CPL, and CPS monetization models
• Active use of AI tools for creative generation, campaign analysis, automation, and workflow optimization
• Experience across mainstream verticals
