Responsibilities

Facebook advertising accounts:

• Creation, warm-up, and management of Facebook advertising accounts (up to 10 simultaneously)
• Setup of Business Manager, ad accounts, and pixels
• Creation of System User Token and developer accounts for integrating spend data into dashboards
• Work with anti-detect browsers and proxies
• Processing account setup requests: vertical, time zone, number of accounts, dashboard tokens
• Monitoring account status and resolving technical issues
• Setup turnaround time — 1–2 working days

Operational support:

• Assisting the Operations Manager with daily tasks
• Collecting ad spend data and calculating top-ups
• Processing payments via international payment tools
• Communication with the UA Manager: gathering information on accounts, spend, and top-ups
• Working with Notion, Slack, Google Sheets, Miro, ChatGPT, Claude

Expectations

• Experience in warming up and managing Facebook accounts
• Understanding of how Facebook Business Manager works
• Experience with anti-detect browsers (Octo Browser, Dolphin Anty, AdsPower, or similar)
• Experience working with both white and non-standard advertising verticals
• Ability to create System User Tokens and set up integrations via Facebook API
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) in daily tasks
• Analytical mindset, ability to work with numbers and structure data
• Proactive approach — able to figure things out independently without step-by-step instructions
• Fast response time and ability to meet deadlines

Team Lead, Media Buying (Popunder / Native)

We are actively growing our performance marketing business through traffic buying on ad
networks and from direct publishers. Our popunder and native advertising division is already generating
consistent revenue, with established processes, strong partnerships, and solid
volumes.
We are looking for a strong Team Lead who will take this division to the next level:
scaling volumes, increasing profit, and establishing a systematic workflow for the team.

Responsibilities:
- Full management of the buyer team (popunder + native)
- Scaling purchase volumes and profit
- Working with popunder funnels and the smartlink approach
- Setting up and monitoring tests, launching new hypotheses
- Close collaboration with the optimization department
- Mentoring and developing buyers, monitoring KPIs
- Ensuring discipline and transparent reporting
- In rare cases, independently launching campaigns

Key requirements:

- Must have experience in media buying / arbitrage
- Significant practical experience with popunder traffic
- Experience working with adult verticals
- Knowledge of ad networks (Clickadu, Adsterra, and similar)
- Understanding of smartlinks and popunder funnels
- Experience managing volumes of $100k+/month (experience with $500k+ is a strong advantage)
- Experience scaling campaigns and managing a team (or a strong senior candidate ready
to grow into a lead role)
A major plus: experience in mainstream verticals.
