About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the development and growth of the ActiveLens platform. You'll be at the intersection of technology, user experience, and business strategy, working cross-functionally to deliver a product that revolutionizes how businesses automate their voice-driven workflows.
 

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Planning

• Define and own the product roadmap in alignment with company vision and market needs
• Create detailed product requirements and user stories for development teams
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, user value, and technical feasibility
• Track and manage product development cycles using agile methodologies

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of features
• Collaborate with designers to create intuitive user experiences and workflows
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and market opportunities
• Coordinate with customer success to gather feedback and identify improvement areas

Technical Integration & Partnerships

• Lead integration efforts with third-party marketplaces and app stores
• Manage relationships with payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) to implement seamless payment solutions
• Coordinate with VoIP platforms and other technology partners for platform integrations
• Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and technical requirements

User Experience & Analytics

• Design and optimize the free trial user journey to maximize conversion rates
• Implement user tracking and analytics infrastructure (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
• Integrate event tracking and user behavior monitoring tools into the product
• Analyze user data to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement

• Create dashboards to monitor key product metrics and KPIs

   

Growth & Optimization

• Define and track product success metrics (activation, retention, conversion, churn)
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize user flows and feature adoption
• Identify opportunities for product-led growth initiatives
• Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record of launching and scaling software products
• Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies
• Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
• Familiarity with payment integration and subscription business models
• Experience working with API integrations and third-party platforms
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Nice to Have

• Experience with voice/AI-powered products or automation platforms
• Background in VoIP, telephony, or communication technologies
• Knowledge of workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n)
• Experience with product analytics instrumentation and event tracking
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
• Understanding of marketplace dynamics (Chrome Web Store, Salesforce AppExchange, etc.)
• Technical background or ability to write basic SQL queries
• Experience with user onboarding optimization and growth tactics

We’re looking for an experienced Desktop Developer to provide hands-on consulting and development for our voice-to-action automation platform. You’ll collaborate directly with our CTO to solve complex system-level challenges and help accelerate our product development.
 

Required Experience

• macOS Development: Objective-C and/or Swift with native API experience
• .NET Desktop: WinForms and WPF for Windows applications
• System-Level Programming: Audio capture, process monitoring, and OS integrations

• Cross-Platform Architecture: Building and maintaining apps for both Windows and macOS

   

Key Technical Challenges

• Implementing device-level audio recording (VoIP-agnostic)
• Real-time audio processing with minimal latency
• Detecting active applications and system state
• Native OS integrations (permissions, notifications, background processes)

• Building performant, stable desktop applications

About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced macOS Desktop Developer to build native desktop applications that enable seamless voice capture and workflow automation on Mac platforms.

Key Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in macOS development using Objective-C and Swift
• Experience building native macOS desktop applications with modern frameworks
• Deep understanding of macOS UI/UX guidelines and design patterns
• Knowledge of macOS security, permissions, and app sandboxing
• Experience with audio/media capture APIs

• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
