    Hi! I’m Max, an EdTech founder with 10+ years of experience building and scaling startups. Over the past two years, I’ve focused on high-impact B2C mobile apps in the U.S. market. We’re now looking for a Senior ASO Specialist with a track record at top U.S. app publishers to help us launch and grow our MVP apps.


    About the Role
    - Type: Part-Time
    - Platform: iOS (Android optional later)
    - Target Market: United States
    - Niches: Education / Health & Fitness / Parenting


    What You’ll Work On
    Stage 1: ASO Research & Analysis
    - Conduct keyword research: 30–50 keywords (short- and long-tail), grouped by intent & difficulty.
    - Perform competitive analysis: benchmark 3–5 apps, assess ASO strategies (keywords, visuals, reviews).
    - Provide a success forecast for early growth based on your ASO recommendations.
    - Analyze traffic potential & KPIs (search volume, difficulty, CTR, CVR, install rate, retention).

     

    Stage 2: Store Setup & Optimization
    - Optimize App Title, Subtitle, and Keyword Field (iOS) and/or Android equivalents.
    - Write compelling short & long descriptions: SEO-optimized, user-focused, CTA-driven.
    - Recommend screenshot messaging, layout ideas, and A/B test variations.
    - Design a review acquisition strategy: from in-app prompts to message templates.

     

    Stage 3: Early Growth Strategy
    - Define a launch plan for soft launch or pilot campaigns.
    - Recommend basic ASO performance tracking tools and metrics.

     

    Who We’re Looking For
    - Proven ASO success with iOS apps targeting the U.S. market
    - Experience working with or for top publishers 
    - Deep understanding of keyword tools (e.g. AppTweak, SensorTower, MobileAction)
    - Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast and justify ASO decisions
    - Experience with Apple Search Ads (structure, keyword strategy, and campaign optimization) would be a strong plus
    - Bonus: familiarity with early growth marketing or user acquisition
