3User Experience (UX)

• Design user-friendly interfaces that enhance usability and align with our brand.
• Optimize user engagement through thoughtful design choices.
   

Prototyping & Iteration

• Produce prototypes, wireframes, and mockups to test and refine ideas.
• Gather feedback and refine designs to achieve project goals.
   

Trend Awareness

• Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate them into your work.
• Use creative thinking to adapt trends within proven concepts.

What You Bring

Design Expertise

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• A strong portfolio showcasing redesigns and creative work.
• Experience with web animation is a bonus!
   

UX/UI Knowledge

• Solid understanding of user experience principles and responsive design.
• Experience in eCommerce, fitness/health industries, or content platforms is a plus.

Creativity with Constraints

• Ability to think outside the box while respecting established flows.
• Experience reimagining existing designs or workflows. 
   

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development processes.
• Familiarity with design systems and frameworks.

At 52North, We’re looking for a talented Front-End Developer to create high-converting landing pages!
 

Are you creative and do you have eye for design? Do you have a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a passion for making a real impact in a start-up environment? If so, this role could be the perfect fit for you!

Role & Responsibilities:

• Craft high-converting landing pages using HTML/CSS/JS, leveraging
  both existing in-house templates and creating new designs from scratch
  in collaboration with our sales team.
• Deliver design support to the Marketing & Sales teams, including the
  creation of images, banners, logos, and other assets.

• Actively seek feedback from sales and management teams
  to continuously refine and enhance design elements
   

  Requirements:

• Full-time availability from Monday to Friday, CET timezone (9AM — 6PM, inclusive of a 1-hour break).

• Proficient English communication, as all communication will
  be in English.

  
  Skills & Knowledge:

• Competency in creating entire landing pages using HTML, CSS, and scripts.
• Acquaintance with JavaScript is highly desirable.
• Demonstrable creativity in design.
• Solid grasp of responsive design
• Proficiency in image-editing software, e.g., Photoshop.
• An eye for design: robust understanding of color palettes, layouts,
  shapes, balance, and key factors driving click-through rates
• Experience with CheckoutChamp is a nice-to-have!

•  Selected candidates will be given a prompt to deliver 3 test cases. All
  must be delivered in HTML as all design happens in HTML. NOT
  in Figma!
   

  For the monthly payments for services an invoice from your side will
  be required. Please note: Figma or other design tools will not be used in this role. 
  
  Only candidates proficient in delivering designs as HTML files will be considered
