We are looking for a Marketing Web Designer to join our team and create high-performing landing pages for paid traffic campaigns, starting with Meta Ads. This role is a great fit for someone who combines hands-on web development skills with a performance-driven mindset, understands how tracking works, and has a good eye for creating clear, conversion-focused user experiences.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Build landing pages for Meta Ads and other paid traffic channels by assembling and composing existing brand assets and visual elements into polished, conversion-ready pages.
• Set up and validate Meta Pixel events, including PageView, ViewContent, Lead, CompleteRegistration, Purchase, and custom events based on the funnel.
• Work with GTM and other tracking tools to ensure accurate, platform-agnostic event tracking, correct event parameters, and zero data loss or duplication — including across multiple redirects and pre-landing pages.
• Ensure proper capture, storage, and transfer of UTM parameters, Click IDs, subids, and other tracking parameters between landing pages and target websites.
• Test both the functional side (forms capture and pass exactly the data users submit) and the analytics side (tracking events fire correctly, without loss or duplication) of every landing page before it goes live.
• Apply conversion-focused, mobile-first UX/UI judgment — clear visual hierarchy, strong CTAs, cross-platform adaptive layouts, and a short path to the target action — validated across key mobile/desktop resolutions and major browsers.
• Run fast A/B iterations by testing hero sections, CTAs, offers, page structures, and individual UI elements based on advertising test results.
• Optimize landing page loading speed and Core Web Vitals, with particular attention to mobile performance.
• Collaborate closely with the Design team, working within established brand guidelines and existing visual assets rather than starting from scratch.
• Quickly implement updates and improvements based on feedback from the Marketing team.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel and GTM, including independently installing Pixel, configuring basic events, and verifying that they fire correctly.
• Solid understanding of tracking parameters, including UTM, Click ID/subid, query parameters, and how they are preserved and passed between pages.
• Ability to troubleshoot tracking issues and understand how data flows across different platforms, pages, and redirects.
• Understanding of performance UX/UI and how landing page structure, visual hierarchy, and CTAs impact conversion.
• Experience creating mobile-first, responsive landing pages for paid traffic across different screen sizes and browsers.
• Analytical mindset, technical accuracy, and strong attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines and iterate quickly based on feedback.
• English at B2 level or higher.

NICE TO HAVE:

• 1+ year of experience within the iGaming industry.
• Comfort using AI tools to generate and adapt simple visual assets when needed.
• Experience with React.

We are looking for a VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized service to our most valued players. You will act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring a premium experience through tailored support, proactive engagement, and deep understanding of client needs. This role requires a client-first mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex issues efficiently and empathetically.
 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Provide personalized support via chat, email, phone, and messengers to VIP clients
• Resolve complex issues related to payments, bonuses, verification, and gameplay
• Build and maintain trusted long-term relationships with high-value players
• Conduct proactive outreach and regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction
• Collaborate effectively with Customer Support, RFPD, QA, Product, and CRM teams
• Share client insights to improve products and processes
• Coordinate special requests and custom solutions for VIP players
• Monitor daily player activity and gaming patterns of VIP clients
• Identify at-risk players and implement retention strategies
• Offer personalized bonuses and promotional campaigns
• Celebrate player milestones and significant events
• Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and procedures
• Track key metrics including retention rates, satisfaction scores, and response times
   

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English; additional languages are a plus
• Proven experience in VIP account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in iGaming or a related industry
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive and complex issues (e.g. payments, bonuses, verification) with discretion and professionalism
• Relationship-building expertise and a proactive approach to customer engagement
• Deep understanding of customer behavior, especially in high-value segments
• Ability to analyze player activity data and identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• Collaborative mindset with experience working across multiple departments (Customer Support, Product, CRM, etc.)
• Flexibility and adaptability — able to prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and a high level of organization
• Experience working with CRM tools and support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar)
• Willingness to work shifts and be available outside standard hours for VIP client needs
