Our backend is partially built with Go. We’re looking for a full-time Go developer who will take ownership of core backend services and contribute to the integration of our real-time communication layer.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services in Go
• Integrate and manage our LiveKit infrastructure (self-hosted)
• Implement features like room management, token generation, and participant control
• Build internal APIs (REST/gRPC) for client apps (web, mobile)
• Optimize performance and reliability of audio/video features
• Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of professional experience with Go (Golang)
• Strong understanding of concurrency, goroutines, and channels
• Experience building and maintaining REST or gRPC APIs
• Familiarity with JWT, authentication flows, and session management
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and Redis
• Experience working with Docker and writing maintainable Go services

Nice to have:

• Experience with LiveKit or any WebRTC-related project
• Previous work with event-driven architecture, pub/sub, or message queues

Middle Business Analyst
We are developing a next-gen social networking platform and are looking for a Middle Business Analyst to join our core product office. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to help shape product features from concept to release, ensuring that business requirements are clear, consistent, and aligned with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements from internal and external stakeholders;
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to define and refine feature flows;
• Prepare and maintain structured BRDs, RFCs, and other product documentation;
• Ensure that business requirements align with product strategy and technical capabilities;
• Collaborate daily with design, development, and QA teams to support smooth delivery;
• Participate in backlog refinement, grooming, and prioritization discussions;
• Contribute to the improvement of business analysis standards and processes within the company.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in business analysis (preferably in a product environment);
• Experience in gathering, documenting, and validating requirements;
• Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members;
• Intermediate English or higher.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in social media, communication platforms;
• Familiarity with tools like Miro, Confluence, Jira, Figma;
• Background in systems analysis or product ownership is a plus.

We are developing a next-gen social networking platform and looking for a Developer/Software Engineer Go(Golang)/PHP to join our core backend team. In this role, you will work on building scalable services powering our real-time features, integrating modern infrastructure.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain core backend services using PHP (Laravel) and Go
• Build and optimize APIs (REST/gRPC) for mobile and web clients
• Design reliable real-time features based on WebSockets
• Work with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, SQS) to ensure scalability and fault tolerance
• Collaborate daily with product, frontend, and DevOps teams

Requirements:

• 3+ year of experience with Go (Golang) or willingness to deepen Go expertise
• 2+ years of professional experience with PHP (Laravel)
• Experience building and consuming APIs (REST, gRPC is a plus)
• Practical experience with AWS services (especially S3, SQS, EC2, RDS)
• Familiarity with WebSocket-based communication
• Good understanding of SQL databases (preferably PostgreSQL)
• Docker basics and experience in containerized environments
• Ability to work independently with third-party SDKs and APIs
